The fan arrived well packaged and it was easy to assemble. The instructions for electrical connections were clear it was just a shame the were no connectors either for the fan or for the remote control unit . Luckily I had some and that problem was solved. Once installed on the ceiling we tested the unit. Lights worked but no fan function. I checked all the connections I had fitted and all seemed ok. The unit is fairly heavy so lifting it up and down checking various things soon became frustrating. Finally, removing a cardboard disc with " do not remove" on it I found the problem. The direction switch on the side of the unit was broken, clearly never assembled correctly. All this happened in the lockdown period so getting another fan would take forever. Luckily I managed to make the switch contacts and assemble it correctly. Now it all works. The fan is silent and apart from.the bleeping remote unit we are happy with it so far. My concern is that other items have been assembled poorly as well and will fail prematurely. I invite the supplier to offer us some compensation for our troubles and /or extend the warranty period.

This is a stunning, pretty much silent fan. The size is great, installed in winter so not tested it during hot heat yet but keeps the room lovely and fresh on the circulation setting. The instructions it came with had no wiring stages, we looked on YouTube for the similar model which helped although the colour of our wires were wrong so became a fun guessing game. But the quality is better than expected and very happy with the look of it.

They not only look amazing but the fan is powerful enough to cool an entire room down. They need fixing by a professional obviously as they are very heavy. I have these in every room. Visitors always compliment on them. Recently I lost my remote so I got in touch with the manufacturer and they sent me the link for free replacement and link for faster replacement via amazon. Had the fan on for about an hour to test and seemed fine. I didn't install it myself but a professional so all is good. Definitely worth buying the correct bulbs to light as it looks good.

I like the fan But hard to set up with the instruction provided. The video also didn't help much in terms of wiring. If there was a wiring diagram it would be a lot easier to connect the receiver

In my package the blades were damaged. The box and packaging were undamaged which means the blades were damaged when they were packed into the box. This means someone looked at them, went "ah screw it" and packed them anyway. The damage was very obvious and I could see it before I took the balde pack out of the box. If it wasn't for this I would have reordered as the design and look of the fan is really good.

Purchase the product for an oak framed orangery. Product is great quality and looks fantastic. Really quiet motor. good value for money

Manual de instrucciones deficiente

Que es bonito, pero para montarlo... Se necesita Dios y ayuda... Las instrucciones son dos dibujillos en inglés...

Die Ware erreichte mich zügig und gut verpackt. Nach dem Auspacken studierte ich erst mal die Anleitung, bzw. gab es schnell auf. Nur ein Blatt, alles viel zu klein gedruck und auch nicht hilfreich. Glücklicherweise sind es nur wenige Teile und dem geübten Heimwerker erschließt sich die Montage auch so. Durch dem Empfänger für die Fernbedienung musste ich noch eine zusätzliche Box bauen, da sich dieser nicht in die Lampenabdeckung integrieren ließ. Also irgentwo Platz für einen Empfänger (ca. zigarettenschachtelgroß) einplanen, das hätte ich gerne in der Beschreibung gehabt. Nun zum Aufbau: Halterung anbringen, Ventilator einhängen, Stromkabel verbinden, alles easy. Von Ventilator geht dann eine Leitung zum Lampenkäfig, allerdings lediglich ein L- und ein N-Leiter, keine Schutzerdung. Der Lampenkäfig wird zwar an den Ventilator geschraubt, aber da alles lackiert ist, scheint mir eine Erdung des Lampenkäfigs fragwürdig. Beim Anbringen desselben fiel mir eine schlechte Fertigung auf, die Fassungen für die Leuchtmittel waren schief (konnte man aber gerade biegen, da alles aus weichen Blech besteht). Beim Funktionstest wollten die Leuchtmittel nicht, also Lampenkäfig abbauen und auseinander nehmen. Und siehe da, der Quetschverbinder für den N-Leiter lag lose im Gerät. Mit den freien Kabelenden gibt das eine mögliche Todesfalle für einen unzureichend geerdeten Metallkäfig. Mein Fazit: der Deckenventilator ist gut, der angehängte Lampenkäfig das Grauen (sicherheitstechnisch), die Fernbedienung billig aber funktionabel. Nur kaufen, wenn ausreichendes elektisches Grundwissen vorhanden ist und 5 Lüsterklemmen einplanen, bzw. interne Verkabelung überprüfen. Der Hersteller hat sich bei mir gemeldet, sich für die Umstände entschuldigt, und mir eine Garantieverländerung angeboten. Da der Deckenventilator seinen Dienst klaglos verrichtet und die Firma Wert auf zufriedenen Kunden legt, habe ich die Bewertung deutlich verbessert. Von deutschen Firmen würde ich mir ein ähnliches Engagement wünschen.
