I bought this for my husband because he suffers from sciatica, and it has helped him a lot during flare-ups. It fits comfortably around the hip and leg, providing good compression and stability while he works. The material feels very durable, and it has held up well even after several washes. Overall, it’s comfortable, supportive, and has been a great help for his daily activities.

I bought this for hip pain that had started. It's easy to use and really helps. I'm glad I got it.

I sleep in mine many nights and it's comfortable. It helps alleviate some of the pain with continued use. It is good combined with my pain relieving creams. The only issue I have is the top part will roll up often during the night.

I ordered two different compression braces that were supposed to be designed for hamstring injuries. I returned both of them. I won't address anything about this product other than what I discovered with regard to aiding in hamstring pull injuries. Both products claimed to be made for right and/or left legs. This was not the case for my hamstring issue. Here's why. The compression portion of both products attached the upper "around-the-waist" part of the belt with the "around-the-thigh" part of the wrap. That mid-portion of both belts, in my opinion, should act as part of the support of the product.. It does that for the left leg since that part of the wrap runs down the back of the leg and acts as an "external muscle" for the injured thigh. However, with the right leg, that part of this belt runs down the front of the leg which provides no support or compression for the hamstring. That is why I bought both wraps, instead of just getting a thigh-only compression wrap. I have used the K-Tape athletic tape in the past. It is designed to act as an "external muscle" support as well, but for me, it just isn't effective and doesn't last very long which is why I decided to order something stronger. I was hoping to find a product that would compress and support my hamstring while it healed and would provide some external support while doing so. That way I could continue to train. I could tell from the design, once I got them, that I wasn't going to be able to do so with either of the products so I returned them. I know it would mean a redesign to make one for the left and one for the right leg but my opinion is that is what is necessary. The quality of the product was good, the delivery was fine, just not the right design for me.

I'm 48 around the waist with thick thighs and this product fits me just about right. It's seems just a tad bit tight on my leg altho that's kinda of the point but it does give me some concern of how long the velcro straps will last since they just about reach. I have to move and crouch alot through the day, so I worry that it may unstrap while I have it on which can be a very annoying experience, luckily its 3 separate velcro straps so it lowers that possibility. I would definitely recommend this for someone a bit smaller than me like 46 then I would say you have the perfect product. It did fit me tho and has pretty good grip. The product actually helped my upper thigh shocks and hip pain which was very surprising and exciting. It was instant relief and made my walk a lot more firm and 90% less painful. The sleek design allows it to be worn under clothes. I will say that after about 2 to 3 hours you do tend to feel bothered. Its like wearing headphones for too long. You just want to take it off for a good while. Very good if your at work. You can just hop in the bathroom real quick and put it on or take it off and then throw it in a bag. The instant relief is actually really noticable. It puts a smile on my face every time lol.

Strained upper hamstring/glute playing pickleball. After some time off, tried a wide ace bandage I had on hand to protect the area, but it didn't provide enough support. This one does a great job. Size is true. My only wish is that the lower portion would taper down a bit more. I have fairly skinny legs and there is always a slight gap at the bottom. It's not an issue for me because I'm trying to support the upper portion, mainly. Just an observation. Comfortable enough to wear for several hours of competitive pickleball.

This brace is absolutely incredible! I'm 71 and I injured my hip flexor. It got so painful I could hardly walk. I ordered this brace. Immediately after I put it on I could walk! I couldn't believe it. It's made a huge difference. It has even lessened the pain. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. Fingers crossed I won't need physical therapy. I even wear the brace when I sleep. If you have any hip issues do not hesitate buying this product. Mobility is everything as we get older!!

I am pretty impressed with the support this brace is giving me. I am scheduled for a hip replacement and have been limited in some physical actions, like having to take short strides and limited climbing, and stairs and sitting have been brutal. When I have my brace on, I can pretty much do anything without too much discomfort. It holds my hip in place, and I don't get that tearing sensation/pain from my torn labrum when I am walking. It's been a saving grace for me while working on my construction projects. It's super easy to adjust. If I had one complaint, it would be that the Velcro strap that comes across my stomach is wider than the piece it Velcroes to, causing some discomfort when bending over. I actually ended up trimming the end of the Velcro so it was slightly smaller than the non-velcro part. Otherwise, it is great; I am really impressed.

Not quite as supportive as another brand I have.

it's very good in holding your muscles and creating the balance needed for you to get back to shape.

Work very good for sciatica.

I bought this prior to hip replacement surgery. I was hoping it would alleviate some of the pain. In retrospect, I don't think this was designed for the purpose I bought it. This is not the fault of the device, but rather my decision to buy it for a purpose it was not meant for. This is a good quality product, just didn't work for what I thought it would
