Love this waterfall faucet and sooooo easy to install!!
I'm a Nurse, but call me Jill.... of all trades!!! This waterfall faucet was soooo easy to install and it looks absolutely beautiful in my kids' bathroom!!! The directions were extremely easy to read and I did it all on my own with the exception of having my son use his muscles to help keep the faucet straight and exert pressure onto the basin from the top while I screwed it down from under the sink to ensure it wouldnt leak and had a tight fit. All I needed for tools was a wrench and a Phillips screw driver. Would def buy, again!

Great faucet, great company
This faucet besides to be a nice and beautiful piece it has a luxurious finish combined with a hardness that can be felt upon inspection. I was in a rush and made my selection without notice that the package did not include the pop up feature for non overflow solid surface sink. Fortunately, VOTON offered the part, I purchased and got it in less than a day.

Smooth transition
Bought 4 of these to replace whatever we had in 3 bathrooms (2 sinks in the master bathroom). The installation was sleek and smooth, averagely 15-20 mins per unit, could've been quicker than that but you still got to cleanse the surface area (counter) and water hose under the sink. We did have a bit of problems with 1 of 4 faucets, contacted MFG for product support and received further advice on how-to part, definitely satisfied with their highly-responsive customer service. Would recommend them!

The top blew off
I installed this in july 2025 and today february 2026 the top blew off. I was watching some tv and heard a crash and blasting water. The entire top of the faucet blew up in the air with water everywhere. Buy something else!

Very nice faucet easy to instal Is a bit loud I find and the stream doesn’t stay as a waterfall as I assumed it would But none the less I’m pretty happy with it excellent product for the price

Love this faucet. Good quality, nice matte finish, and the water comes out in a nice fountain. We saw other reviews that it is really loud/noisy but haven’t noticed this with ours, seems normal. The faucet is a bit big for our size sink/vanity so just check the sizing before you buy it
