This is a cute make up box, and I love the color. I don't have a lot of make up so it works out for me. Although, not everything I use was able to fit inside but at least my everyday make up did. I would've loved if I was able to fit everything in it but the fact that it's a box and folds in the middle, it allows less than you think when you first see it. It's a decent size and if works if you have a little bit of make up or tools or whatever. It doesn't have to be used for make up only, in my opinion.Just to give you an idea of how much stuff fits in there, the following items are what are inside mine.1. small foundation (triangle shape) 2. liquid eyeliner 3. eye liner pencil 4. another eye liner pencil 5.sharpener 6. blush brush 7. mascara 8. lip gloss 9. lip pencil 10. lighter 11. eyelash curler (which I have to make sure I place it in a way that it allows me to zip close the make up box).So, you can't have things that are too high or bulky as this will prevent from closing and zipping make up box. It helps that the zipper fabric stretches. If you have more things or flat things to store in make up box probably the better.

It didn't quite work for what I wanted. Maybe if there were small inserts to purchase separately? but it's great for other items
