Wrong item delivered, out of stock of the correct one
I ordered a different glove and was sent a cheaper one, on enquiry the original was out of stock, even though stated as in stock on the website.Return and Refund was handled OK, but all took a long time

Soft Mitt
This is a lovely 13" glove for the price. Left handed, so designed for use by a right handed player. The leather is already soft, so the glove will bend to the ball as soon as you use it. No rope, olive oil, hair dryers, or any other arcane majicks needed to get this one to perform. It's much better than the gloves supplied by my team, so I imagine most of my team mates would endorse it too - if I ever let them try it.
