I keep commenting about DIM any chance I have :) yes, I also highly recommend it. For me it was mostly acne and hair loss but the difference is tremendous! My face is finally clear and I have baby hair growing all over my head, it actually looks funny, but I'm not complaining. Definitely try it!

I was hoping to be one of the lucky ones who had nothing but positive things to write about. Im 53 and im on day three of taking these pills. I experienced the horrible headache on day two and three. On day three I woke up feeling very itchy. My hands, arms and chest are extremely itchy. Perhaps the dose is to high for me so ill have to try a lower dose.
