Really tasty spice mix
With just a little bit of heat, and bags of flavour, this is a really tasty Thai 7 Spice mix. I have used it for a couple of years as my go-to flavouring for stir-fries and noodle dishes, and my family all agree it adds a delicious depth and richness of flavour. Not cheap, weight-for-weight, but still good value and great quality.

My go to spice
I am not overly competent or knowledgeable about Thai cooking but have discovered a few recipes that have become firm favourites. I am unable to find this in my usual supermarket so rely on ordering this on reg basis from Amazon and it doesn’t disappoint. Only downside is that it is fairly pricey
