Installation took about an hour. My phone frame was a little dented so in order for this to fit well I had to bend the frame a little and also take a knife and shave a little plastic off of the bottom and edge of the replacement screen. But after installation the phone turned on and worked perfectly. Make sure that you keep your screws organized so that you know where to install them; some are different lengths.My only complaint is the lack of good instructions. The package said that they would send me a link to a youtube video via amazon mail. I never got that piece of mail or the link. Why not include that on the card that says to look for the email? Also, why not spend a little more time on the instruction card that comes with the item? It is difficult to read, difficult to understand, and also not very thorough. I ended up following the youTube tutorial entitled "iPhone 6 Plus Screen Repair Shown in 5 Minutes" by JerryRigEverything. I highly recommend it.

I was replacing a botched screen replacement for a friend of mine from work. The quality of the screen is fantastic for the price, but I will admit that it is somewhat thicker than the original screen, and you have to push it down EXTREMELY hard in order to get it to be completely flush with the outer frame. It is not impossible, but like I said you have to put a lot of pressure onto it to get it far enough into the frame to truly get it to be flush. I didn't have any issues with cables, no broken pixels, no issues whatsoever with the screen itself. It's also really convenient to get all of the tools and things you need.This is not something you should take on lightly though. It's a pretty easy repair for a professional, but it's pretty easy to ruin multiple things when you are doing it yourself. You've got to find a really good, high quality, video to watch as you try to do this repair yourself. It's not impossible, and gives you the option to save a lot of money. But you've got to be very patient and very careful to do this yourself.

White iPhone 6+I've spent countless hours using their premature excuse for a screwdriver. The screwdriver was one tiny insignificant step above useless, It was in horrible condition and I can not stress this enough. Not only that but the moment I held the screen I could instantly tell the screen was dysfunctional, despite my gut feeling I continued to install this complete waste of time and once finished I received the result I expected, no where near perfect. Once I powered on the device the screen was HORRIBLE. I've check over and over step after step, after the fifth time I came to the definite conclusion that the product was a complete waste of time, effort, and money. KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKAGING FOR RETURN !!!!!!

Touchscreen works just as good as the factory screen but picture is slightly washed FOTB. I was able to fix it in the phone settings > accessibility > display and text > color filter turned on, blue/yellow checked and intensity just slightly up. This may differ from person to person. I did have one dead pixel but it’s not noticeable most of the time, and the screen is not as flush as the factory but with a case you won’t even notice it. Take your time. Make sure to watch videos on YouTube because the instructions alone can be a bit confusing, especially if you have never done it before. The tools that it comes with are a bit cheap. One of my screw heads ended up being stripped, luckily I already had a smartphone kit and was still able to get it out. Might want to invest in a decent one which I’m sure you can find one on Amazon as well. But for roughly $40.00 I say it’s great alternative if you don’t wanna spend $100+ for someone else to do it or aren’t ready to buy another phone altogether. Phone looks brand new and the screen is holding up well. It’s been over 8mos since I purchased it.Edit: less than a year later the screen started going out on me. When I turn my phone on from standby the image would be distorted to the point you couldn’t see what was on the screen. It eventually would go back to normal but it happened so frequently I ended up purchasing a different screen replacement. Took away one star for that. Nice while it lasted.

I fix a lot of phones and usually try to buy the PassionTR branded screens. These seem to have the least amount of quality issues, although they aren't perfect. I usually get a defective screen about 1 in 7 times with these, which is way better than other brands. Not sure what they consider this on the grading scale most have seemed to adopt, but the glass is a bit thicker than OEM and the IC on the ribbon cable is a bit larger as well. This screen in particular performed well and the customer was happy.

At first my screen didn't work. Everything worked fine but the touch screen didn't work. Couldn't figure out why. Thought the new screen was bad. Opened up the phone again and found that one of the connections wasn't on. Take your time and make sure all connections are in. A youtube video is well worth a look if it's your first time. This screen is just as good as the original. Touch is just as good. So far very pleased!

Lots of people here are giving this item a negative review, however I believe it is because of their inability to properly install the screen. I had no issues, it took me about an hour (mostly because I lost a screw and a rubber grommet, which are very tiny and hard to find).The package came with all the tools described, as well as a screen that is good enough to get the job done. The only issue with this screen is a small circular blemish next to the front camera embedded in the glass. It looks like something from manufacturing, but is is smooth and makes no difference.I will let you all know if this screen fails in the next few weeks.
