Hakka 7Lb/3L Sausage Stuffers and Vertical Sausage Makers

We love this stuffer! We are new to using one of these and do have a learning curve. Chose this brand because it was stainless steel. I was concerned about some being flimsy. This stuffer is built sturdy. It's heavy and won't tilt while you are cranking. Turned easily. It worked great. Sausage came out quickly. The other great thing is that, being stainless, it was a breeze to clean. Probably could have put it in the dishwasher, but I cleaned by hand. I'm sure this is well built and sturdy enough that it will last us for many years. Very glad we bought this one. You get a good sturdy machine for a very reasonable price. There were lots of others more expensive but did not look as sturdy nor were all stainless. Would highly recommend.

Bought it 2+ years ago, been using it for a while now. Love it. Easy to clean, easy to use... my old auger-based stuffer would tend to break the emulsion on such sausages and give me dense though still tasty results. This one does a far better job, and throwing it in the freezer for a while before stuffing helps it keep things nice and cold throughout (it’s pretty heavy metal, so it stays cold longer). You do end up with about ½ lb of meat left in the bottom... I usually just cook that as a preview of the finished product and my kids make it disappear quickly anyway :) I had no problems with welds or anything, and the fit and finish were top notch - I’ve read other people have had some issues with those... not sure how common those problems are.

Fantastic product, takes a bit of time setting up, but once it's running, make sure you have enough stuffing, because you'll make plenty of suasage. Made about 12ft in 2 min. very sturdy, heavy and made from good steel.

Extremely high quality. Very much a commercial tool, and easy to clean. I work in a commercial kitchen and I'm used to items like this costing considerable amounts of money. I'm really glad I purchased this one over the LEM. The cost difference was quite a lot. I'm also quite pleased I didn't go for the larger size.. The unit is pretty enormous for home use.. I'm not sure I have a cabinet large enough to store it. (it lives on a shelf in the garage, as it stands nearly 3 feet tall if you store it with the plunger not compressed in the container). I figured with the higher speed to reset it, it would be no trouble to reload anyway, should I have very large batches to get through. (As it turns out I never use the second speed. It requires much more force to turn it, the low speed is no big deal to rewind for reloading anyway and changing the handle over makes it more hassle than it's worth while your hands are gross from sausage making). I really like how the pieces can be stored inside the machine as well. I might find a breathable bag to hold them so they don't ding up the inside. Extremely pleased. *Edit* Now I've used it three times over the past few months, I noticed after bringing it in from the garage that it had a few rust spots on the frame, which suggests the frame isn't stainless, only the container is. A little disappointing. I'm going to try treating it with mineral oil and see how we go.. Could be worse. Still very good value, and works great.

Really easy to use, I can make sausages by myself using this. I'm able to do a 5-6# batch pretty easily and it only takes me about 20-30 minutes. Clean up is easy. It's totally made out of stainless steel, so it's a little heavy but I think that the wieght of it helps with the sability and ease of use. Price seems fair. My only complaint/regret is that I should have got the next size up.

Got it as a gift for someone. Tested myself before giving. Brilliant machine. I still hate sausage stuffing but this makes it slightly more bearable...

The best hand powered sausage stuffer on the market for it's price. I just finished 5 pounds of venison bratwurst and did it under ONE HOUR by myself. The hand crank has two speeds and the entire thing is high quality stainless steel making it useful in a restaurant environment. Clean up was a breeze as all parts easily come apart for fast washing + drying. I would definitely recommend this for any novice or professional looking to make their own sausages.

Sin alteraciones externas del producto, aparenta ser buen acero inoxidable, completo sin faltante de piezas, solo falta la prueba de usarla para calificar definitivamente. Eso en posterior opinión Básicamente adquirida para uso casero, no industrial ( 7 libras/3 litros vertical )

Es mucho más de lo que lo que esperaba los niveles de la cálidad de los materiales francamente superior muy bien pensaba. Tiene dos velocidades y la válvula de escape de aire muy bien lograda, fácil de limpiar.

Bought as Christmas gifts…works great.

2 speeds and the fact that it has an automatic air release valve makes it so easy to operate. Canister and plunger are easy to remove for cleaning.
