service is outstandingly superb, product looks good and sturdy, but have only used for a week as of now, .....its value for money. Very prompt service, installation and any issues handled in time.Its a chinese product and also the app is chinese...but they say they assemble it here

Looks good and sturdy . One advice to the manufacturers , the rechargeable battery is placed behind the handle . After installation and then after few years if you want to change the battery you have to call a carpenter which will cost money and time . The battery compartment should be on the top or below the handle so that it can be replaced easily without calling the carpenter .

Got the lock in good condition and on time, as per instruction download the application and instructed carpenter but he made a mistake and tempered the instrument, the service from lavna locks was wonderful. Everytime they helped by video calling and even changed the damaged instrument in very less time. When carpenter damaged the instrument, I thought I lost my money but sincere thanks to lavna locks team.

I am looking for digital lock for my room which should look like normal lock until I say some it's digital lock the only option I got is this lavna lock A16. Post delivery support from team is very much supportive and more over quick with whatsapp support. Build quality of lock is good only thing I expected more is to have option to disable voice over commands I hope in future firmware update I might get that option.

Worked like a charm. Fitting was difficult, had to work carefully with carpenter to make it work well. But installation and use was easy. Now I have no bother about forgetting keys and unable to enter!

I had bought this product looking its unique design almost 2.5 years back. Product concept is excellent but built quality and function is faulty. It gives problem in each 2-3 months. Supplier tries escape by killing our time. We killed almost a week in each quarter to fix problem and to struggle with supplier. Supplier tries to give A to Z here and there odd formula. Each time after killing 6-10 days product parts found to be faulty and same get replaced after long battle. Supplier always remain in denial mode and never accept that product or part is faulty.Good concept is killed by a bad product.

Great and value for money and upto the mark with security. Very good after sales service. Buy blindly.
