Nice vinyl, ok fit
The sheet itself appears well made and of heavy duty vinyl. HOWEVER, with that being said, this only sits on top of a queen bed. If you don't want it moving when you move I would recommend a bigger size or sheet garters.

DON’T BUY!!
This is not a fitted sheet and does not fit a king bed AT ALL. It was a wasted purchase.
