Do Not Buy Super Delicate Items Online
I've been a customer of Amazon for the past several years, but there was never an occasion for me to write a negative review till now! Last week I ordered for a pack of Cafe Niloufer Osmania Biscuits Premium (400 gms). The images provided were not showing how the biscuits were placed inside the box. Received the pack, apparently in good condition. When I opened it, inside the box provided by manufacturer, the individual biscuits were packed in a tamper-proof pouch. Opened one of them, found out half of the biscuit was in powdered form, and the other half in small pieces! Opened another 3 pouches, the result was the same! It might have happened due to the very nature of these Osmania biscuits which are very delicate, and prone to breakage when pressure is applied. Long range transportation and rough handling of the package could be the reasons. Not blaming anybody, but avoid ordering such super delicate items online. Prefer buying them from an outlet in person.

Almost powdery cookies
Though the taste is good, worst product ever delivered by Amazon. Almost all the cookies in the package are broken and few are in almost powder form inspite of good quality packaging.
