This has been an unexpected delight! Sometimes my hands get sore, and this device is so helpful for pain relief and relaxation! The warmth is soothing. The pressure of the massage is comfortable and sufficient. My hand fits pretty well, though I wish it reached all the way to my wrist. I battery seemed to last about 90 minutes. Charging takes 2-3 hours. The pink color is pretty. It's easy to store on my nightstand. I like to use it while I watch tv shows. I'm very pleased with how effective this little machine is!

This is the best thing to happen to my hands! I have arthritis and this machine is amazing. I always wished when i got a manicure that they would massage my hands longer. I use it at bed time and often fall asleep with it on because it is so relaxing.

Unfortunately I returned mine due to a flaw . My hand didn’t fit all the way in but even so , the features are great. I have nerve damage from a car accident and I do believe if I had gotten one without the manufacturer flaw, it would have probably healed my hand. This thing is so relaxing. It didn’t fit my thumb comfortably which is the reason I returned. It doesn’t have a shiatsu massage feature however it squeezes your hand by inflating on the inside . Each finger and the thumb are in individual inflated areas … the way that it inflates and deflates in different areas at a time gives the simulation of someone massaging your hand. Not at all painful nor does it leave marks on your hand like other brands. I will repurchase and hopefully be able to fit my thumb all the way in the machine because the majority of the pain is in my thumb. Great product

You never realize how much pain your hands were in until you start getting relief! My entire job is working with my hands and I also have carpel tunnel and tendon pains in both hands/wrists. While I do wish this machine had rollers for a deeper massage it is still a dream!Being cordless and rechargeable makes it so easy to take anywhere and use anywhere. It has 3 pressure settings and optional heat so you can choose the right setting for you. I have smaller hands and enjoy the hardest pressure while my boyfriend has larger hands and likes the lighter pressure. I do wish the massager extended more to reach the palm of the hand. Even though my hand is fully covered by the machine the pressure mostly only hits the fingers and around the fingers. Despite not having full hand pressure the feeling is so comforting and relaxing! I find it incredibly soothing.The massager came with stickers for some reason but they are cute lol. It also came with some plastic gloves. I can only assume these would be ideal for putting on lotions or oils and then gloving up to let the machine work them into your skin? Maybe I’m wrong about that but I’ll definitely be trying it when the winter dry skin season starts!

Seems like it was used. Did not have a charging cord with it. However, it was fully charge upon arrival and seems to work ok. It was clean.

I purchased 3 of these units and 2 failed. They work good for what they are, but after contacting Comfier Warranty and recieving a replacement for one of them of which also failed, I can't say they are worth the money nor will they last. The first one just stopped working and would turn on within months of purchasing it. They were kind enough to send me a replacement unit, because it was still under warranty. I used this unit maybe 30 times over 4 months and then it failed. I was sitting on my theater chair trying to find this low lying buzzing sound when I figured out that it was the Comfier hand massager. When I picked it up, it was just buzzing. Something was happening internatlly, but the massager was not running. The button lights were not visable and the unit would not turn off or on. I thought that maybe it was running low on power, but when I put my hand into the unit, it was warm. I let it run for about 10 min and felt it again and it was scolding hot, so I took it outside just in case it melted or exploded since it has an internal battery maybe made out of lithium. The next morning, I brought it in and it still would not work. I reached out to Comfier to explain and see how they handle replacement units that fail and they stated that the original purchase was over a year ago, so they do not offer a replacement or refund. Can't say I would want a replacement, but you should know as a consumer that their replacement units do not come with a warranty eventhough the unit that was replaced was under warranty. Not sure I would consider that standing behind your product. Buy one, it fails, they replace it, the 2nd one fails and then you have none. I will be replacing it with another one that is made by a different company and hopefully it will work and not be a potential fire hazard and I will also have to notify my family about the possibility of it failing and being unsafe.
