Great little water bottle
Keeps water warm or cold and is a great size for kids. The spout can be a little tight to open though.

Nice bottle but lid is super stiff
Really like it helps the environment. However I got this for my 4 year old for school and the sports lid is so stiff that I struggle to get it up, so she will never be able to use it. I had to replace the lid with a different one which has then resulted in a couple of leaks

Amazing customer service and product
Love this bottle, perfect size for KS1 kids. We had a faulty sports lid, but the customer service team were amazing and sent me two replacements which are perfect!

Sports cap included with pink bottle
Just what I was looking for.....a stainless steel cup instead of plastic. I have only had this a week so cannot comment on durability....I particularly wanted a sports cap which many others do not have....I love the shape, colour, logo and everything about it. This cup maybe a little more expensive than others but when you are able to buy ethically, why wouldn’t you. I did read various reviews which were not particularly favourable but my pink cup with the sports cap and regular screw in top is just perfect. I am so far very happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of use. Thank you.

Shattered internally after a week!
The bottle is fine for young children but after a week of use it seems to be broken inside and is rattling. It is not leaking but sounds as if something internally has shattered. I'm not aware of my daughter dropping it but even if she had I would expect the bottle to be more resilient than that. I am extremely disappointed, I had hoped this bottle would last many years, not just a few days. I would like a replacement but don't know how to request one.

Different kid from advert and it leaks
Lovely bottle. However does not come with the lid that it’s advertised with. The one it did come with leaked. Full refund from amazon provided.

Esteticamente molto carina ma poco funzionale ho riscontrato che anche avvitandola bene esce acqua. arrivata nei tempi dovuti ma non consiglio. ciao

Es perfecta. En cuanto a diseño, tal cual sale en las imágenes. Muy buena calidad. La de 350ml es perfecta para niños.

Lo he usado dos veces con agua fría y se ha oxidado. No se como devolverlo. Es una estafa.

Nicht wie versprochen
Nicht wirklich zufrieden, von den angeblichen 8 std. Warm halten ist hier keine Spur. Der heiße Tee hielt grad mal 1 Stunde warm, dann war er kalt. Schade..weil sie optisch sehr schön ist
