Not what I expected!
What I thought was a great product turned out to be an ineffective product. The water inside the bucket was pretty clean and I had to refill the reservoir twice to finish mopping. It does what it says but it makes a mess, splatters water up to 3feet. So, I have to choose one spot to mop last and it didn't do a great job with cleaning the dirt, great at absorbing messes. I mopped the next day with ocedar twist mop and the water was dirty. Great advertisement...actual mop and bucket need improvement.

I love this mop
This mop really does keep the dirty water and clean water separate. The mop head does a great job and it just goes in the wash to clean. With other mops (regular sponge mop, Mr. Clean mop) I usually have to use a separate Mr. Clean eraser on some bad spots, but this mop just gets it off. I bought this quite a while ago, so this is my judgment after many uses of the product. The only problem I have is sometimes I twist it the wrong way and the handle sections separate, but that is really just user error.

The most amazing mop
This has been the most amazing mop ever, my wife cleans daily and gone thru hundreds of different mops, and she tell me how light it’s and easy to clean specially cause she doesn’t have to wet her hands at all with dirty water, the mop those everything itself... this should be something every one should have in there household, doesn’t matter if it’s a single man or married one...

Compact, fairly stable
Like many of the Quickie products I've tried, they're almost right. It's as if someone thought they had a great design and just started making things without actually testing and fine-tuning.PROS: Fairly light and easy to carry around. I really like the rubber coating on the bottom, which provides extra grip so the bucket won't take off when you're in spin mode. Spin definitely moves water in both rinsing and wringing.CONS:1. In terms of cleaning, I wish the mop head... ropes(?) were just a little longer. The great thing about the rope-style mop is that it provides a ton of cleaning surface that will conform easily in corners, under/around appliances, and even up floor molding and porcelain. This one has several rows of short ropes in the center (so they don't get hung up on the post, I imagine). The few rows of longer ropes around the outer edge aren't long at all, which means less cleaning surface, and really no ability to reach into tight spots.2. With other spin mops I've had, there's a toggle or something that locks the handle's spin mechanism for when you're actually mopping. It's an extra step, but it makes sense for how you use the thing. Quickie's spin seems to disengage only once the mop handle is snapped out of the vertical rinse position. This seems handy, but getting it out of that position is difficult when the rotating mechanism is sliding up and down the handle. (I often have to step on the mop head and grab farther down the handle to disengage the spinner = way less convenient than a toggle.)3. A similar thing happens with the post in the center. It has 2 positions (rinse/wring); placing the mop on the post, you have to push down - fairly hard - to get the mop head down into the water. Then you have to pull/jerk up just as hard to put the post into the spin position, and pull up hard again to get the mop off of the post. If you over-fill the bucket at all, this upward motion can be enough to splash some water around. Luckily, you have a mop in your hands, but...4. An additional thing that I figured out AFTER I made a mess was the small spout in the lip of the bucket. The lip seemed like a great idea to keep water in while you're mopping, but it also stays in the bucket when you're done. It might be a good idea to put some sort of little arrow below the logo plate to indicate the drainage point.OVERALL: For the price, it's a perfectly fine little bucket to have around either as a backup, or for smaller spaces where storage is an issue. But for regular use, I'm probably going to buy another Twist-N-Shout (which really surprised me with how good it was), OCedar, Casabella, or other style with both a larger mop head, and and a separate spin mechanism in the bucket.

Poorly Designed
I do not like this mop for a few reasons. First of all, the mop head is very small, so if you are mopping an average size kitchen, it takes much longer time. Secondly, the mop is very poorly designed because you’re unable to soak the mop since the spin mechanism is in the middle of the small bucket. And finally, the bucket is so light, after I unlocked the mop to release and lift the mop out of the bucket, the entire bucket of water tipped over and dumped All the water out ! I had a flood Of water all over my floor which spilled onto my brand new carpets! This was a major disaster and took me an hour to soak up all the spilled water with towels! This is the worst mop I have ever bought in 40 years. I do not recommend this product and will stay with my O’Cedar Spin mop!
