I recently ordered koi fish from Toledo Goldfish and Koi, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The fish arrived healthy and vibrant, clearly of high quality. The ordering process was straightforward, and the instructions provided were clear and helpful. The koi are thriving in their temporary home and will soon be introduced to our pond after the quarantine period. I'm thoroughly impressed and will definitely be purchasing our next round of koi from Toledo Goldfish and Koi. Nicely done!

This is a really good source for pond fish. The service is over the top as is the quality of the product. The packaging and shipping is superb. Can't ask for more!

The media could not be loaded. 20 koi fish arrived on time and exceeded our expectations! Colorful, healthy and most were larger than the 6-8” size we purchased.

Ordering healthy koi through the mail seemed like a stretch but I did so out of convenience. The nearest place with koi to buy is an hour and a half away from my town. I ordered 10 of the 6-8 inch standard fin koi. I paid extra for the overnight shipping, which was $35. I was very happy with the size and health of the fish. The color variation was also terrific.

Would ordered again. Fish are thriving and are very active, fun to watch while feeding!! All fish made it through shipping.

The fish arrived late, sitting in UPS an extra day. All but nine have died. Five were dead on arrival, five died within an hour and the rest have died slowly. I think the heat and extra day stressed them. Probably not a good idea to buy fish like this. It has been really sad.

The media could not be loaded. Couldn’t be more pleased, I ordered five assorted colored, I received seven in a wide range of colors. All are still alive after one month, and have grown from the 4-5” size ordered to approx 8-9”. (I have four goldfish I added to pond before ordering koi as a test run, they are the smaller fish seen in video)

Just ordered a couple days ago and this morning my large box of koi showed up on my steps. I ended up getting 20 4-5 inch Koi, cause basically the price was what I would pay for a 2-3 inch koi in the pet store.I received what appear to be very healthy nice fish. Well packaged for travel. Simple directions to follow to prep for release into my pond. More or less you just float the bag in the water and allow time for the water temps to balance out. Then let them out.The only con to the purchase was selection as I could not hand pick the ones I wanted. But getting a 6 inch koi for about $5 rather than $40 at the pet store is the trade off.I did receive some darker koi that had silver trim on their heads and body. Looking down they looked like skeletons in the water. It took a second to figure out that actually was very cool. I am happy with the selections made for me overall because wow, what a great price.I would purchase again from these guys without question. They have a good replacement policy for doa fish, but I didn't have any. Everybody showed up healthy and happy to have a big pond to swim in.Update 9/1/20 all but two are dead. I have also lost another dozen existing fish who had been in there for years. I am waiting to see what they will do? One of the 20 fish purchased was jumping out of the water on the first day. Didn't know what that meant. Now I do. parasites have slowly gone through the two ponds I put these koi in and killed about 1 a day. You expect to lose a few fish, but this has gone on for a month where everyday a new dead fish. I looked it up and the description of what the fish were doing pointed to parasites.I have ordered treatment and will dose both ponds( a third pond is fine, but I didn't add these koi to it) and hope to clean up before I restock. I am hoping these folks do me right on this. We'll see I contacted them a day ago. Nothing yet.update 9/7/20 They are sending more koi along with my reorder. I notified them past their 30 day window. The ne batch will be quarantined for several days first. The two ponds in question have been dosed with medication and the remaining koi seem to be fine now. Watch for any unnatural behavior by your order. It would be wise to isolate first and see what happens than lose so many fish as I did. The company was pretty great with all this and I think their offer was fair. They are replacing half the order.
