I have nothing bad to say about this product. I have been in a journey of losing weight for some time now and this product is what I first started out with and has been by my side the past 8 years with no fault. I used to weigh 315lbs and I’m down to 220lbs. I am healthy, my bloodwork is amazing and I’m slowly getting off my blood pressure medications. This product for myself was a huge game changer and I’m thankful after trial and air for meal replacements this was the product I stuck with. Yeah it doesn’t taste amazing but who said losing weight and eating right is always gonnaTaste how you prefer. This product does what it is supposed to do And I’m a prime example of a testimonial seeing progress.

Decent flavor, overall good meal replacement drink. A little higher in sodium than what I aim for but everything else looks good. I like the higher amount of fiber.Use a shaker cup or a blender to mix it well with water or milk, or my preference- non dairy milk (usually oat milk as it is extra creamy). Sometimes I make half a serving so I am not taking in so much protein at once. I do better with plant protein in this regard, but I still sometimes get upset stomach consuming more than 10 grams of protein when it is from a powder drink. Then what I do is have the other half later. Kinda is like having two milkshakes in day when I do it that way.Nice chocolate flavor. Think I will go for the vanilla flavor next time.

First of all, this is my first time trying a meal replacement product. I will list the following information out in this order: Taste, Consistency, hunger fix, and healthiness.Taste: This stuff tastes okay. I ended up using 8 oz soy milk, 2 scoops of the powder, and 2 ice cubes. I put it in the blender. This stuff is a lot more tolerable with taste when it is cold. When it is warm, it taste likes vanilla chalk. When cold, the chalk taste is more of an after taste. Some people will say this is disgusting, not sure if they had experience with meal replacements. I know I haven't, and I have to say it wasn't a horrible experience.Consistency: The two scoops of this product makes your drink very very thick. It is like drinking sludge. Depending on what you want to do, I am sure you could put more milk into the mix and make it thinner, but I did not do that. I wanted to get the experience over with.Hunger Fix/Curb: How well did this curb my hunger? It did it alright. After drinking this stuff, I didn't feel hungry for about two hours. This could've been a "placebo" effect since I knew I shouldn't feel hungry immediately afterwards. I have a feeling it is because of the consistency though. It was a very very thick product.Healthiness: Honestly, I can't tell if I feel healthier. This stuff says you get all sort of vitamins, minerals, and pro biotics. I really cannot tell other than what the bottle states.Ultimately I was using this stuff just to replace one meal a week. It was when I would have a pasta day. I wanted to cut down on my carb in take and lose a couple of pounds. I honestly am not an avid user of these type of products, so I have nothing to compare it to. I will continue using this once or twice a week to see how things go.

My go to when I need a quick healthy meal on the go. I add one scoop powder, 1 cup of milk, and a handful of frozen berries in the blender. Keeps me full until my next meal.

The latest box arrived with my second shipment of the bagged product. This time the powder is all over the box with a heavy dusting. Top of the bag is popped open, it appears. Will have to watch this in the future. Like the product, been using it for years, and hope this is an anomaly in the new bag concept. More to come perhaps.—The supplier made this right for us. They were very direct and active in making this experience a positive one. They were personal and thorough in their communication. Great surprise, but welcome recovery for our continued relationship. These are real people!

What i like the most is in baking or hot cereal. I use less sweetners,and vanilla extracts,it also boost the flavors. I hv to use sparingly, pretty costly. Still a great asset to your health.

due to food allergies this product is the only meal replacement shake that I can buy so I have it as a subscribed item. I love the product itself but have a couple complaints. The servings in a container don't last long. sometimes I have to half the serving size just to make it last. My major complaint is that three times now the containers have been delivered unsealed. the product has spilled into the box. This past time, I lost almost a full serving size to the box. I'm upset but having a hard time finding a way to contact the seller to let them know that out of the many containers I have ordered ( about 20 so far) three of them have arrived unsealed and spilled. I will continue to buy the product because it's pretty much the only thing out there for me on the market but I wish they would check containers before shipping and add more product.

Love this stuff. I mix in blender with almond milk The vanilla tastes great and it is smooth and creamy. I also add organic frozen mixed berries sometimes. Not clumpy or grainy like some others I have tried. Great product, but horrible design lid! The lid has a flap that opens for scooping without removing the lid. Sorry but I am not that lazy that I can not remove a lid that seals tight and keeps my product dry! This poorly designed lid lets moisture in and product gets hard as a rock. Lesson learned... The last one I opened I put it in a ziplock bag which was quite annoying to have to do. Would have given 5 stars but due to the stupid designed lid I have to adapt my product to keep it moisture free. This product needs a much better lid with a sealed moisture proof design to really keep me loving it and give it 5 stars!
