I love this book!So much in there. The stickers are so cute and theres so much to personalize and plenty room for creativity.Having a book usually helps me to keep focus and stay on plan! Also if I'm stuck for ideas... I ca flick back to previous days/weeks to get the losses that i love!So much love and care has gone into creating and printing this book. The paper is good quality, it's really thick and strong. Theres loads of useful stuff in there too and the cute inspirational quotes.Can tell it's made by love in the UK!

100% what I needed and more!
Arrived today in time for the new year! Really well made, every page is beautiful and informative and I'm already planning to get another order submitted for after the 7 weeks are up! Great way to track and just all round very well made!

My sister loved it
Bought as a Christmas gift for my SW obsessed sister. She loves it! I thought it looked slightly 'cheap' for the price... bit I do know this company is an independent retailer so this may be why. That being said it is fabulous and everything you need in a diet recording book!

I love it!!
Full of fun and exciting things... enough in there to keep you motivated. Would of had the extra star if it was a 12 week diary, but, really good buy nevertheless.

Good food diary could last for longer
Good food diary I follow SW so it works well with that it’s only for 7 weeks though so maybe could have more pages! Bought in Jan to start dieting and already need a replacement. The additional motivational pages are good and the stickers a bonus!

I just love love love this product. As a stationery addict who is on a weight loss journey this ticks all the boxes. Never too old to enjoy stickers 🤩. The quality of this product is super good too. The pages don't leak through when writing in ink. Would 100% recommend 😍
