does this vac have a HEPA filter or can it be upgraded with one?

I’m not sure if you would class the fine cloth gause as HEPA but it certainly collects fine particles when I am woodworking, including, planing, sawing, drilling, router work and sanding. One curious things though, it has some webbing in the ducting that stops wood shavings etc which has to be emptied out every now and then or the ducting fills up. Other than that I’ve found it very good value for money. Finding fittings to connect the ducting to your equipment can be a challenge, ducting tape only lasts a short while.

It's ok but has anyone noticed dust leaves via the top? It sucks the dust fine but especially when I turn it on dust pours out just under the motor

Mine is used with a home-made cyclone so no issues with dust as 99% of woos and dust is removed before the air enters the extractor.

Please can you tell me if it is a high pressure low volume or a high volume low pressure extractor?

This is a high pressure high volume extractor it’s a well made price of kit and ideal for hobby workshops due to its compact size. I can’t fault it’s quality and performance

Will this fit onto a 2 1/2 inch or 63mm dia outlet?

There are various adaptors which allow you to reduce the piping to whatever size you like, with a little duct tape I hooked it up to my hand router which has a one inch pipe. Only remember the more you reduce the diameter the more savage the suction gets lol
