Lifemall USB Heated Shawl Wrap Lap Blanket Cushion Winter Warm

Bought this to take camping as I love to camp but hate have cold toes. I will be camping next week and suspect it will manage that but not a lot else.I have previously used disposable heat packs but hate the waste. This I can power from a rechargeable Anker power pack which I charge on a solar panel.ProsThe heating element gets pretty warm pretty quickly. Not quite like a heating pad but close.The cord is fairly long but a small zipper in the wrap allows it to be tucked back inside.The fabric is soft and a little fuzzy and traps heat on its own pretty well. Which is good because...ConsThe wrap is smaller than expected. It's barely large enough to cover my lap, would not go all the way around my shoulders. (To be fair, I'm a big girl).Worse however, the heating element is very small, less than a square foot, maybe 6x11 inches. It is in the middle of the wrap and does not heat the whole shawl.So... not sure it's worth the money but we will see when I hit camp. If it doesn't drain the power too fast it will be acceptable though I will still keep looking for a larger blanket to take camping as well. If nothing else this will be good for wrapping my toddler at night.

This is plenty warm if you are going to sit on it or if your small enough as I am you can also rap it around your waist with the heat part of it resting on your waist but you will need a kind of snug hoodie sweatshirt or something to over it and yes it will warm you up! I put it on as a shawl and that sucked! I also put it around my feet but my feet were frozen when I did it so it didnt really thaw them out but later when my feet were not so frozen i put it around them and yes it felt warm. Anybody who is looking for major heat will not like this but I guarantee you if you put it on a seat or stool and sit down on it you will feel toasty! I'm keeping it and will only return it if it all of a sudden it stops getting warm in the next week. I use it in my laptop and so far so good...I did try it with a separate battery and it didn't work. I'm not sure why not and didn't care so I cannot help you out there but the usb in laptop works perfect!

The blanket is ok - it's a nice size for your lap. The actual heated part is not near as large as the lap blanket. It's probably a little smaller than the size of a piece of paper. The blanket is very soft and the heated portion does warm quickly. It helps take the chill off since I can't use a space heater.

It's the right idea! Needs a little more development.Material is so soft! Size is good for that purpose.Disappointment: The flexible heating pad is only 9" diameter in the center of the very much larger "blanket." If the heading pad had been larger, I might have kept it. (It warmed quickly, but not large enough or warm enough to serve the purpose for me.)

Pretty good for the price. Smaller heating pad inside the shawl wrap then I thought but still works pretty good. Doesn't get really hot just enough to warm the hands..

VERY small, but works. "Blanket" is probably only accurate if you are using it to keep your Barbie warm :p Sized more like a hand towel. Very soft, gets warm quickly

The blanket is pretty small, and the heating element inside the blanket, which barely gets warm, is even smaller. I bought this because I work in a very cold building, but it is not helping as much as I hoped it would. I thought about returning it but decided to keep it because it's better than nothing. Also, the button fell off almost immediately, but it doesn't matter because it's too small to even wear as a shawl and I am a slightly smaller than average female. On the plus side, it is very soft. Just wish it was a little bigger and got warmer.

Too small to use as a shawl unless you're very petite, unfortunately, but great as a lap blanket.
