I have learned more about the prostate from this book than I have from my doctor and I haven't finished reading it entirely. Very thorough and informative. Thank you Ben's Natural Health.

Great book. Very informative. Easy to read, easy to understand. Well written. The tabs for the section make it very easy to go back-and-forth researching products and advice.

Very informative, easy read.

The book is well written, it gives you some practical every day common sense advice on how to fight off diseases, lose weight, exercise. The diet suggestion is great to have, because if you don't already have cancer, it can show you how to fight off this disease.

I ordered this book as I have many others. All the others were great but this book for some reason is displayed with the wording so small that it is super hard to read. I will not be able to hold out and read it the way it is. Had I known this I would have ordered it in print.

This book answers many questions we had and provides a lot of helpful information related to prostate disease. We also bought the total supplement to see if it works for us. Will comment on that separately hope it works.
