I had bought this with some skepticism, as I haven't found a locker shelf yet that impressed me. This one impressed me! It's super easy to install. Its very sturdy. It fits my binder and takes full advantage of the vertical space in my locker. I previously had one of those wire fold out ones and it kept falling and didn't take up enough space in my locker to make it worth the trouble. I love this shelf!! Thought it was pricey at first, but honestly....so worth it!

This shelving system is terrific. It has two side pieces, and two shelves. The shelves just slide into the grooved sides, so no tools needed. There are three grooves to choose from when arranging the shelves, and it is not necessary to put the top shelf on if not needed. The dimensions are 15" wide, 26" high, 9.5" deep. It's deep enough for notebooks & books and there is extra space between the shelf and the front of the locker. I worried that I wouldn't be able to get it in since the door opening is only 12.5" but it wasn't a problem at all. Great product.

My son needed a way of maximizing the space in his locker and this locker shelf definitely helped in that effort. Great product at a great price.

After struggling with flimsy shelves that ultimately got thrown away annually, (btw, why don't schools provide built-in shelves in lockers??) these solid shelves do exactly what they're supposed to. The utility grey color is not "pretty" (who cares?) but these shelves are solid and I'm sure they'll stand up to multiple years' use. They work on simple tension; the sides fit up against the locker walls and the shelves slip in a notched space and firmly stay in place. **NOTE** When we ordered, instructions were not written on Amazon for proper measurement; be sure you are ordering the correct size for your locker: Locker Shelf uses the INSIDE measurement of the locker. Be sure to measure the distance from inside wall to inside wall of your locker space! Because there is no secure snapping in place other than the use of tension in a grooved fitting, if you measure and purchase shelves the width of the locker door, they will be too narrow inside and the whole thing will just fell apart. However with a correct fit, the product works PEFECTLY. (Telling you this because we needed to exchange our shelves to get the proper fit which was kind of a pain, but the situation was handled with caring customer service by this mom-and-pop business.) Good purchase!

This is THE best locker shelf. You can actually put the shelves in 3 different locations, and you could use it only putting one shelf in if need be. Fit totally snug against the sides of the locker and was able to be put all the way back, so nothing can fall behind it. All the other parents were asking where I got it. WAY better than anything sold locally. High recommend it. Lightweight, yet felt very secure once put in place

I purchased this for my son's first year of having a school locker. We looked at many different locker kits. To be honest, all the other kits looked cheap & not really functional. This kit is superior by far. It is a little more pricey but worth every penney. It is easy to install & fits the locker very nicely. The quality should ensure that it can be used for many years to come. My son was the only one at school with this locker kit. Some of his classmates had other kits, but when they saw his they ALL wanted one. I haven't asked if any of the kids have gotten one, but we have recommended it to everyone who has asked about it.

These work really well in my 15" lockers. As other reviews say, make sure to get the right size. These do not stand on their own, the shelves are held up from the pressure of pushing against the sides of the locker (think like a tension rod). Once in place it is very sturdy. I use my locker as a pantry and have a bunch of canned goods on the shelf and there have been no issues.

Solid product, would hold books/etc just fine. I ordered it for my sons locker, but we were unable to install it. The shelf was the correct size, however the locker had a coat hook on either side. Because of this the side panels couldn’t fit in. This was my mistake, no fault of the product. The side hooks are pretty standard (I have learned) so I think if the side panels were designed with a slot to accomodate the hook they would be nearly universal.
