Would this fit a 9 year old boy (average size 9 year old)??

Yes, I bought it for a older guy that was on my paper route, he used to sit out side and wait for his paper. This was during heart of winter.

My chin strap buckle broke... how can I get a replacement?

Hello Pls send us a message with your shipping address. We will send you a new one. Have a good day.

Will this fit an 11 year old girl?

I think it will be too big and the front fur flap will get in her eyes.
