easy, cheap, effective and efficient- from the comfort of your own home- no skill required!
Ok, well when this first arrived, just looking at it my opinion was that it was a cheap piece of junk you might find at the dollar store- BOY WAS I WRONG. I SHOULND'T HAVE JUDGED IT SOLELY ON ITS LOOKS- AND I STAND CORRECTED! This may look like a basic, no-frills item, but let me tell you it precisely and efficiently does the job it is supposed to. The tool is far quicker at achieving pulled hairs than having an aesthetician, (far cheaper of course) and no scheduling or expertise involved. And of course no applying chemicals to the face and letting it sit to be absorbed in your skin!I have blond hair, not much of it on my face, and it is more like peach fuzz and it isn't noticeable unless someone is right up super close to me. Before this tool, removing those hairs on my face was frustrating because those random hairs are difficult to pull out without getting in just the right light and with my face practically on the mirror, I could hardly see them- but this tool FANTASTICALLY alleviates all of that frustration, and can be used without even looking at my face and even while sitting right on the couch.one suggestion: do it at night before bed, perhaps after a bath, sauna or shower, when the skin is soft and the hairs maybe easier to pull out.Does it hurt? please- yank a hair out of your scalp- did it hurt?? okay so there is sometimes a small pluck-pinch tingling, but I found that only to be true on the upper lip area, and far lessened when done fast.I have only used the stainless steel coil thing, not the pink little razor- so my review doesn't apply to that too.My only regret is that I didn't discover this tool in my early 20s.try it out and the more you use it, the easier it is.

Difficult to Use & Cheap Quality
Comes in easy-to-remove packaging, but the instructions are very vague and its somewhat painful, especially since you're not removing that much hair at a time. It is similar to threading, but if someone threads your face it is very fast so the pain is over quickly. The razor is your standard cheap plastic face razor. You only have one blade, so once it becomes dull you'll have to just throw away the tool. Expected for the price. However the razor snags on the skin a lot, even where I have no hair (I have relatively clear skin, few bumps) and doesn't seem to be the same sharpness everywhere. It now sits at the bottom of my drawers, barely used.

Super awesome tool
I am really impressed with this thing. When I took it out of the package I didn't think there was any way it was going to work. It's as simple as the instructions say though! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it's not great around the chin. I can't seem to get a lot there which is why I really wanted it

It also hurts a lot more then I expected - but I do recommend doing it after warming up the skin
It works - kind of. It will pull the hairs, but not the shorter ones and the thicker ones don't come out very well. It also hurts a lot more then I expected - but I do recommend doing it after warming up the skin, it hurts much less! I wanted it as a replacement for waxing my upper lip, but I don't think it's really good enough for that.

It works OK.. but cheap quality
I like this product because it works decently in removing your hair. It grabs all the follicles and pulls it out like a bunch of tweezers! The only thing that really confuses me about this product is that it emphasizes so much in how much better the epilator is than using a razor, but it also offers a razor in the kit. The razer seems a bit dull, but it still works nicely. The epilator itself is nice and the spring works, but the handles to it are a bit cheap. Both the product seems like they are both made out of super cheap plastic, but the metal is fine. The thing that does get me mad about my epilator, however, is that the hairs you pull out get stuck inside the epilator, which is super annoying. It is almost impossible to get the hair out if its stuck inside the springs, but I can deal with it. Something I noticed when I used this was that it only grabs thicker hair for me, and doesnt really pull out the thin ones. I resort to using the razer for those, but I wish it had better grip. If you want a high quality epilator, buy it somewhere else

Holy Hairplucker, Batman!
Update:IMPORTANT!!! Ladies (and/or gentlemen) please, please sanitize your tool before and after use. Rubbing alcohol works wonderfully to cleanse the coil. Also, remember to clean your skin before and after use. 100% natural witch hazel is perfect for this. Doing so prevents bacteria from entering the pores and causing an ugly acne rash/breakout like I recieved on my first use. After following proper sanitation steps the breakouts from the use of this tool were eliminated.First off I am going to say THIS DOES HURT. If you are looking for painless hair removal this is not for you. However if you are accustomed to Waxing or Threading, you're gonna love this.It works a lot like threading by using stainless steel coils to pinch multiple hairs and quickly pull thrm from the root. It's actually super easy. I had the hang of it within two minutes. If you have never waxed or threaded before, and you're not scared of a little pinching feeling, be diligent in your use of this. Your first session you have deep, thick roots. Once you get on a schedule the hair will become thinner and be much easier to remove. You may also need to use this tool at 45° angles depending on the direction of hair growth. While straight up and down does it trick it will not get all of it without some angling.Overall this is a brilliant little tool and I am looking forward to using it again.

The razor thing is not so bad, but it is basically shaving your face
It does not work as described. I have thick black hairs on my face(much to my dismay) and they didn't removed them AT ALL. Not only that...it didn't remove barely any hair, even the peach fuzz. The razor thing is not so bad, but it is basically shaving your face. So, if you are really trying to get rid of hair you might as well shave it yourself or get a proper epilator. That is what I use...
