Not Cheap, But Awesome!
Iโm an old guy that never posts reviews, but I feel compelled to tell folks about the Camco Rhino. It solved so many problems for us. Great design, well built and super EZ to assemble. Works like a champ. Standard RV dump connections. The steerable wheels and the big wheels in the back make it easy to move even when full. Even for old guys. ;-)

Flawless
Who would think I would be excited about a portable tank for our Nasty Business, but here I am!! Anyway, I have this for 2 years now and used it many, many times. It has worked flawlessly. Easy to use, and still as sturdy as the day I bought it. It never leaks and is surprisingly easy to maneuver...(I have the 36 gallon model and I figure between the tank itself and after filling it from my 32g tank, it weighs about 325 lbs. I can pull it over to my truck and put the tow bar on the ball with minimal effort, which is why I would recommend the 4 wheel model over the 2 wheeler as you have to lift and pull that one. Towing it to the dump station is without incident, rolls along and stays on the ball...but you need to go slow. The only negative about this is that I had to buy the Camco Rhino RV Tote Tank Gauge as an accessory when it should be included......you never want an overfill!!

Less effort at the dump station
I bought the Camco Rhino for our RV because hauling a full tank felt awkward after my hospital night shifts. The big rear wheels and steering wheels made it easier to roll over to the dump point. After a long shift, I was glad I could hook it up quickly and get back inside to unwind. It works well, and I dont dread dump day now.

Wheels/spindle attachment have been updated
I was hesitant about buying this because of all the bad reviews about the wheels coming of the back axle. Camco said they updated the axle, and they did. Now all the wheels (including the steering wheels) are held on with snap rings. I just purchased it and unfortunately, probably won't get to use it until next year. After also reading about some individuals having issues dumping the small totes due to overall weight, I bought it with the steering wheels due to the potential of a full tote weighing in around 350lbs. (full waste plus tote weight). My holding tanks on my motorhome are something like 58 gal. ea. which means multiple tips to dump, but no longer having to pick things up to go dump. Another reason I also bought this tote because it has a dump valve (28 gal. does also) rather than having to lift or tip the tote up to dump it. This is a first, so hopefully I'll like it a lot. Time will tell. Well, I've used this tote several times since my purchase in Aug. 2020. One thing I didn't like was I couldn't tell how full the tote was getting since my holding tanks are larger than what the tote holds although I never over filled the tote. Problem solved, Camco came out with a float gauge which screws into the hose/vent fitting on the top of the tote tank. Lift up, and it allows the tank to vent while it fills. Push it down, and it closes off all ventilation. I've not had a problem with this float, but the clear top where you can see the float rise which extends above the tank, may be susceptible to breakage if you don't pay attention. All in all, since you can't see through the tote, this is a great addition to the tote tank. One last thing. I read reviews where elderly people complained that the weight of the of 15 gal. (approx. 151lbs filled) or 21 gal. (approx. 202lbs. filled) tote tanks being difficult to lift/tip upwards to dump due to the overall weight. The 28 & 36-gallon tote tanks have a dump valve on their side, and if you add the steering wheel kit, it is easier to maneuver. But due to its overall weight filled, for some it may be more difficult to move over soft surfaces. I don't know if the steering kit is available for the two smaller tote tanks or not. You'd have to ask Camco.

Solid Product - Few Caveats - Know Your Needs First
UPDATE: Have used the Rhino on about five (5) family camping trips during the Summer of '21. It has worked flawlessly and couldn't be more pleased. My only gripe is the lower quality wheel/axle assembly as compared to the tote itself. This is a solid 4.5 Stars and will be hard to beat for the price. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Purchased this for a Class A RV with a 50g fresh, 44g gray, and 24g black. Few considerations/observations: 1. Never get a tote that holds LESS THAN your black tank if possible. Even if you are only planning to use it for your gray, you never know when you may actually need to dump the Black & you definitely Do Not want to go over. 2. How are you going to transport this when empty? The Rhinos have a good solution for a ladder attachment, but other brands do not, and what if you do not have a ladder? Things to consider. 3. Water weighs 8.3 lbs/gal. The 28g & 36g totes are going to weigh approx. 250lb & 325lb when full including the tote. If you are getting those, I would recommend getting the variant with the 3rd front wheel unless your name is Conan & have a good chiropractor. 4. The Rhino's 3" inlet sits higher than other brands especially for the 28 & 36 gallon versions. Attach the provided clear elbow & that adds a few inches as well. You are at about 14-15" off the ground. You will have to get creative with the discharge hose, dig a hole for the tote to drop a few inches or figure this out by some means if your RV outlet is lower. Just something to be aware of which may or may not affect you. 5. For the 28 & 36 gallon versions equipped with the gate, just know that all dump stations are not perfectly level & accessible (in fact many are not) so presuming you will be able to pull the gate and water will flow perfectly into the drain is not always possible. Add a small curb found at many NFS dump stations & you may need to tilt the tote to create a gravity posture. Good luck with the big totes (refer to Item 3). This is where the totes you lift to empty like a wheelbarrow have a clear advantage if your back can support it. [Update: you can also lift & dump using the 3" opening on top if needed if the gate opening is a problem...pushing it up a star] 6. The wheels are basically hard plastic and the axles are capped instead of secured with heavy duty cotter pins. There is a YouTube video that describes this tire axle/tire weakness. The YouTuber's solution was to remove the caps, drill small holes in the axle ends & insert rigid cotter pins to prevent the wheels from coming off. If you are towing around 250 lbs to 325 lbs, can't understand why they would only use cheap axle retaining caps. [UPDATE: Rhino has addressed this with recently released versions. They are cinching improved caps over the axle end to help prevent the cap from coming off. Hopefully this will help]. So, because of the new observations & wheel improvements, I'm giving this a second chance with a smaller 28 gal; IMO, the 36 gal is too heavy for that wheel assembly. Overall, Rhino has some nice features like the backflow valve & the cleaning spray mechanism when you attach the hose and it is clearly a solid product (minus the wheel/axles). Great accessories as well so can't beat that. Going on a one week boondocking excursion & will report back.

Worth the extra cost for the front wheels
I first purchased the cheaper version with no front wheels. It was good quality and worked all right, but was a workout on the back. We use it at a food truck, so we fill it up and take it to empty every day. This version with the front wheels was a necessary upgrade. Spend the extra and get the front wheels, a full tank is very heavy. We have been using it daily for a few months and seems very solid.

Great Job Camco. Great Design and Quality Product
This Camco 28 gallon tote tank is awesome. The design has been built with a lot of thought on what the RVer needs are. I don't think I would get the larger one because the weight full becomes insane. Get the size you need. Both sizes are made very well. I highly recommend this product.

Great product!
Worth the money! Easy to use, set up, and empty. Especially with the side drain. The wheels are oversized and great on uneven, gravel roads! Very happy with this purchase.

Best, most practical unit for the task!
Exactly what every camper needs. Comes complete with hoses and fittings, extra on other units. Practical size, best not to be overfilling these items apart from content weight. Connects to hitch for easy transfer. Won't regret buying this item.
