Do the jars now have the label that reads absolutely no gmo's?

Our label no longer reads absolutely NO GMO’S as we are not certified by the GMO Project which is required in order to be on Whole Foods shelves (we are in 2 regions). This is a very costly process and requires all of our ingredients to also be certified as well. We sometimes buy our dairy from small local producers who cannot guarantee that their cows only eat non GMO feed year round. Our products have been tested as non GMO but the Whole Foods labeling issue is still a problem without full certification by their designated agency. - Coop

All of our products are made in a facility that is nut and gluten free - we do use coconut products for our Vegan Hot Fudge, though. - Coop

Can you use this to make candy apples?

I don't know why not. You would need to warm it up to the right consistency for apple coating. If it is too warm you will get a thin coating; if too cool you may get not coating at all.

How long does it keep after opening?

After it is opened it needs to be refrigerated. Last year I had some in the refrigerator for about a year and it was still good.
