Walther P99 .177 Cal CO2 Metal BB Pistol

I've had a couple of these. They work great as long as they last. Both eventually started leaking CO2 after a few months. Not sure how long the life is supposed to be, but not worth the expense to send it back for repair. When they are working as they should, they are "fairly" accurate, and shoot quite hard. Oil was applied to the cartridge as instructed, when changing cart's. Seals just don't hold up, that's the only issue I've had. If you want to spend $70 every few months for a new one, so be it. I just think they should last a couple of years under normal use. Judge for yourself if it's worth it.

For a CO2 BB gun this is one of the better ones. All metal construction except for the things that wouldn't be metal in a real gun like the grips. Back grip panel comes of easily to reveal the CO2 port and a cartridge is placed inside and snugged up with an internal screw. Contact is made by the cartridge is not pierced as yet. Grip panel goes back on and the bottom extension of the grip is twisted to the ON position which pierces the CO2 cartridge making the gun ready to load and fire. The drop free magazine is forward of the CO2 portion and holds a bunch of BB's. Loading is simple since there is a catch or follower in the magazine. Once locked in place BB's are simply poured into the magazine until full and then the follower is released and magazine is inserted. Then take aim and start having a ball shooting as fast as you can pull the trigger. It has an abbreviated accessory rail that does NOT fit the Walther laser as the ads would indicate at all. The laser is too long and the catch for the rail is not even close to catching let alone the laser is interfering with the forward portion of the trigger guard. So save your money on the laser and get a holster or more BB's and have some fun.

Not from Amazon but I do own one . it fires as fast as you can pull em. They shoot straight. No problems to speak of except reloading takes a little time and I don't know of any way to speed load. built well and it will take care of small problems. still just an 02 BB gun but I like

YO! This strap is Crap! Son.....

I've been shooting this gun for years now with no problem. To those complaining about their seals giving way... one drop of pelgun oil on the tip of the CO2 canister EVERY time you load a new one. Also, don't store it with a CO2 tank in it... even for a day or two.
