Modern Bathroom Bath Shower Filler Mixer Tap Single Lever Chrome Solid Brass with Shower Handset and Hose Attachment

This mixer tap looks fantastic and is so easy to use which I love. I’m not sure how easy it was to install as we had a plumber do that for us. Great product and great value for money.

The hose worked correct just few days and ruppted.

I had bought this to replace the existing discoloured taps. We actually use a shower but my grandchildren like a bath and the hand held shower hose was ideal for washing their hair. After a while the part that you pull to either use shower or tap became faulty, we couldn't use either or, the water dribbled from both the tap and the shower so could not get the maximum flow from either. Bought the item in July of last year and was told i could not have a refund, even though it was faulty. Seller stated i could have a replacement which i did not want but because i had gone over a period of time i accepted, the replacement item arrived, damaged. i took photos and sent them to the seller and received no response whatsoever. Contacted Amazon but nothing they could do. The long and short of it, a faulty unit still on my bath, a damaged replacement and no refund.

Not to good

I brought this in April and it is now broken, it's now Sept. we can't have a bath only a shower as the button doesn't work anymore. Not value for money as I now need to order another one and get a plumber to fit it as I'm a single parent and won't be able to do this myself. This item lasted 5 months👎

Despite reservations about how cheap this product was, having read the reviews and saw some had had issues but as one guy in the know said, he'd fitted a number of these and some didn't work, but those that did worked fine. So I took the chance as if it didn't work send back and get another. Very pleased I did got for my son and it worked perfectly. Just needed a bit of common sense to fit.

Replaced this tap just over 4 weeks ago. Went to run a bath the other night and the stopper that controls the bath and shower stopped working. Only shower water would come out. I did contact the supplier who has suggested a few things for me to do. I have done this but it is still not right. They have said they will replace it for me, so I can't fault there customer service.
