I bought my first one of these off the manufactures website but wanted a second one for when I switch watch bands so I don't have to remember to swap the ID as well.I'm not sure how many EMS are familiar with this style so I got it in red so it stands out if someone has to look for an emergency bracelet or necklace, but is not so "hello there" that it looks crazy on my watch bands. For reference I have one black one, and one that is silver and is full of shiny stones (because I can't spell, fake diamonds but not rhinestones), and if you are looking for a medical ID it stands out, but otherwise weirdly fades in to the background.The App is AMAZING. You can use it with the App, or a website, so if you get one for someone elderly and want to keep it updated, you can set it all up for them, or pin the website so they can update it on their computer versus the phone so they can type easier.All of the information pops up in an order that makes it really easy for EMS to see the information in order of priority. I can't remember if it was on Amazon or the manufacturers website but a fellow reviewer ended up in the ER and the doctor was so impressed with it that once they had the individual stable they asked where they got it because they haven't seen any medical ID's with such great information and wanted to purchase some. I saw that after my first purchase, but it solidified my opinion on how great it is.I'm an apple user and the apple Health app that has all your emergency information is haphazard and a pain to manually put in and then read. You can connect the two, but I didn't try because I had already filled it out and was worried I'd have to go back and re-do it because the merge might have convoluted everything and I wasn't willing to risk it, so I changed my apple emergency contact to only say LOOK FOR WATCH ALL INFORMATION IS ON BAND, in case they miss it when looking me over if I am unconscious or unable to communicate.I highly recommend this product to everyone I know.

I absolutely love the ease and adaptability of this product. It was easy to set up and the free app options are more than enough to cover my medications, Dx’s, and emergency contacts. My only complaint would be that after only 2 months of regular (but not strenuous) use, my sleeve has broken. Since I am outside the return window, I will try to use some packing tape to keep the tear from progressing - at least until I am able to find a suitable alternative. :/

Perfect! I needed med alert because I am on blood thinners and this is a great option and fits perfectly on the band for my Garmin Impulse 2

My husband and I each wear this, as well as one of our kids. I am about to purchase a replacement for myself as you can see two face-up corners have tears and the face-up side has worn down considerably from the back side thickness. My band is 2 years old. My husband has already replaced his band in just under two years. All 3 of us pay the monthly $2.12 fee to have the extended alert feature. This covers where your designated emergency contacts are automatically notified of both when and geographically where the band is if it is ever scanned. None of us have needed to have the Med ID QR code scanned on our behalf to date, however it is of great reassurance to one another that we will all be aware should this ever take place. We have some extentensive medical and prescription drug history which is of great importance for any medical or emergency care provider to be informed of. I am an RN and think this watch band QR code method of access such a comprehensive summary of medications, diagnoses, allergies, providers and emergency contacts is remarkable! I just wish the silicone could be more durable.

This product put my family's mind at ease. With new health issues and being an independent woman I needed something that could easily be updated with new diagnoses and changing medications just in case something went awry while alone. Paramedics, ER docs, good Samaritans can access my emergency contacts, meds, how to help me, and illnesses fast and for free. No reactions to the materials and it goes everywhere I do. My phone has one of the stickers attached.

Placed my order and it was here the next day. Took a few minutes to set up the app and input my information in the system. I observed that when I was out and about people noticed it on my watch. I also like the face that when someone scans the qr code and my information comes up it has a quick bottom to contact my emergency contact right away. With it being visible and quick to access this product gives me piece of mine..

We purchased this for our daughter. She isn’t one for wearing necklaces and bracelets all the time so this was just perfect for her.We are really impressed with this little watch tag, it fits perfectly on Apple Watch.Set up is amazing, lots of space for all medical conditions, prescription tablets etc. you can also put a photo of yourself on it, blood group etc. we were surprised that it holds information for 3 emergency contacts.I wanted to leave this review as not many people have left one. We were not sure if it was any good. So if you are unsure I would definitely recommend this 100%.Only downside was having to wait nearly two weeks for it to come.

Fits on my watch strap very easy to set up

The concept of it is great but the durability not so, it started to wear on the edges, after only a few months now after a year it’s completely snapped. If it’s out of warranty you can’t get a replacement you have to buy a new one. Hence the two stars. I’m not replacing it as £20 odd a year is not on, I’m looking for an alternative stronger band.

I bought this for my daughter. She's a type 1 diabetic and I worry that if she has a severe hypo, which she hasn't had thankfully for a long time now, and people didn't realise she was a diabetic, symptoms of hypos can appear the same as when someone was intoxicated and people wouldn't understand how to treat her . She wasn't keen on bracelets or necklace id's saying she's a diabetic so this digital, discreet,gadget that slips on to her fitbit watch was perfect. Contains her medical history should anything happen to her when she's not conscious, for any reason.
