I’ve been using Kaya multi vitamins for years switching between them and another company’s gummies from time to time. I typically use take Kaya due to the cost. In the past, I’ve decided to stop taking any vitamins and I do notice minimal energy loss (this was hard to figure out as it wasn’t placebo effect from me wondering about the vitamins as a possibility). Like any supplement, it’s a built up body health over time. The gummies taste great but do stick together a bit. I’m ok with that as I just shake the container and a few loosen up. I’m grateful that there is a good tasting multi vitamin that doesn’t use extreme dosages and is affordable. If that’s what you’re looking for, give it a try.

My girlfriend suggested I get vitamin gummies to shore up nutritional oversights in my diet. The original plan was for me to get ones designed specifically for men, but I tend to like "effeminate" flavors better, and I pointed out to her that I don't need muscle growth due to my disabilities.
