You can't go wrong with Fel Pro
Fel Pro makes great gaskets and this one is no exception.

Too flimsy. I trashed it and bought MLS type
This gasket does not work for 2008 g35s. You need the mls one bc this one will fold when you try to install and won't center. A little too flimsy for the install.

Not durable; leaks
I installed a new thermostat on my 2004 Infiniti G35 sedan (VQ35DE engine) twice using these gaskets, and both times there were small leaks. I thoroughly cleaned the mating surfaces before installation. The first time I used the gasket bare. The second time I applied Permatex 22071 RTV to the side without the o-ring. Both times after driving for a day or two, I could smell coolant and see drips of coolant in the engine compartment near the thermostat. Finally, I used a Mahle gasket instead, which visually looks the same as the OEM gasket, and do not have any leaks after a week.

Does not fit 2008 g35 despite saying it will. I received a gasket for a 1995-1999 VQ30DE
