The smallest are just under one cup (according to my measuring cup) or 8 oz. The next size are about two cups. And then there's a big four cup container.

Q: How long can it stay cold for?

It will not stay cold long (maybe an hour) unless you add an ice pack. Then it will stay cold a few hours.
