Does anyone use this with their toddler? Will this work for like yogurt and applesauce, foods like that?

I have been using theses for 20yrs now. My children n grands and buy them for everyone. Best thing ever. No mess, suck food right up and all gone. Luv luv luv... My grandaughter even using theses after 1 and still eating her veggies.

Are the nipples compatible with a standard baby bottle?

If you are meaning if you can use regular baby bottle nipples with this, the answer to that question would be no. The nipple that come with these feeders are as big as the top.

What is the ratio of water to cereal for the bottle-top feeder?

Not sure on the ratio of the water to cereal as long as it is not a thick consistency it should be fine. As long as it’s the same consistency as like baby food.
