Solid boots, sharp looks
Very comfy after a little break in period.Haven't checked the waterproof yet, but the boots are very handsome and ready for stomping around and/or a night out.Edit: I purchased the same size that I wear in sneakers, and the boots are a little large. This isn't an issue when I wear thick, i.e. hiking socks.

Timberland has a another winner
I am a Timberland fan and these do not disappoint. Well constructed, good footbed, 6" height. Not heavy lugs, which is a plus for me. A bit stiff now, but know from experience these will wear in comfortably. Compliments on first day. Very satisfied with purchase, product, and delivery.

Cheap Product: don't be fooled by the style.
These are great looking and fitting boots. Fairly comfortable, but an insole would be welcomed for being on your feet. However, the leather dye used on the boot is very cheap. The leather is not dyed but coated in some kind of color that has begun to peel in the first week of use in a professional office setting.UPDATE: After about a month, the dark paint that colors these boots continues to peel when bumped at all. This is not what I expected from a reputable brand like Timberland. I guess I won't be satisfied until I get to my local Red Wing shoe store and buy a product made in America to last through a few sole replacements.I would say, "you get what you paid for," but I think almost $100 should get you more than a month of use.

very comfortable, though they came in the mail scuffed up already as the dye appears to be cheap.
I just got these boots in today and they feel really comfortable. Haven't worked in them yet but i imagine they'll feel good when I do. The photo on amazon is a bit deceiving as the boots looked much darker in the photos but the biggest issue is that they came in the mail already scuffed up. The dye doesn't appear to be soaked in, rather it seems more like a layer that peels. I'm pretty bummed cause i just spent $120 on Timberland boots thinking they'd be reasonably robust and i needed them for work right away so I'm not even in a position to send them back. (I wonder if the black boots do this?) I'm optimistic that I'll be able to stain/dye them black at some point though.

Perfect. Walked all over Portland OR with these
These seem to run a bit small, so ordered next size up. Perfect. Walked all over Portland OR with these, right out of the box. Great.

Very nice boots, but run too large....
These are very nice boots, but they run a half or whole size too large.

Perfect fit for a norrow foot.
This is my second pair of timberland boots, these fit exactly as the first pair, prefect!I have very narrow feet, and although sold as standard width, they fit like s glove. Same with the previous pair. I suspect Timberland boots tend to run narrow, so if you have wide feet, you may want to pass on these, or go up a half size.
