I bought this product in 2016, used it once and really liked it; however, my hair had been through way too many Keratin treatments in salons by the time I found this much cheaper option, and once it wore off/grew out, I decided to give my very fine, very curly, very frizzy and thin hair a rest. I live in New Orleans and this spring has been horribly humid and hot, and my aging, actually gray hair was out of control, so I decided to try it again. I pulled it out of my "hair products I had to have" cubbyhole, used it again and loved it - I mean, really loved it. Maybe it's because I had given my poor old hair a rest from any kind of treatment other than color, but my hair reacted beautifully! A year and half later, the product was still just perfect. To remark on some cons I've read, yes, there is definitely a smell/odor and you need to work with this in a well-ventilated space, or be able to walk away from what you're doing for a couple of minutes for a breather. And one important thing - when you use this, it will absolutely change or strip your dyed hair color to a significantly lighter shade/color. The recommendation from Agi Max is to either color your hair immediately before using Agi Max, or to wait a couple of weeks before using a permanent hair dye after treatment. I forgot about that. My medium ash brown hair turned to a bronze-reddish color, still with a brown base, but I found it too red. I hate red on me. My solution was to use the Fanciful brand temporary hair rinse for about 10-12 days until using my regular hair color. So if you color/dye your hair before using this, I strongly recommend going to a darker shade than you generally use. That way, you will probably end up with the color you intended in the first place.

I chose this Keratin over the others online because it allows you to wash your hair the same day. The others required you to wait 3-5 days which I knew I would never be able to do. It takes about 2-3 hours to complete the whole process, and you need a mask, as well as good ventalation while doing it. It's the part where you iron your hair that is overwhelmingly potent. It burned my eyes and throat the first time I used it, because I didn't use a mask. The second time was much better. The results, my very fine, thick, curly hair was straight, shiney, and felt like silk. I receive so many compliments on my hair, even from strangers that don't know what a nightmare I was dealing with before. I have been straighting it with an iron for years, but these results are far different. I can shower, blow dry my hair, and go. No ironing, except a tiny bit on my bangs so that they aren't stick straight. It is well worth the time, burning eyes, and money. Be sure to use a Keratin shampoo, or you will strip the Keratin out within a few washes. I recommend this product to anyone with damaged, color treated, dry, untamable, curly, wavy hair. I would also recommend it to any professionals who want to get this fantastic result for their clients. The bottles will more than pay for themselves after just 2 uses. I figure I can get about 20-30 out of the bottles, and I only need to do it every 4 months.

For the price and amount received, I would purchase again. I have naturally curly, frizzy, coarse hair and use hair dye. Pros: my hair is now soft and smooth, reduced frizz and now easy and quicker to style. Unlike other at home treatments, this didn't change my hair color much at all, and doesn't leave a weird smell when wet. Cons: instructions not specific, had to search the internet for them. Do NOT over saturate step 2, it's difficult to dry completely. The smell during blow drying and flat iron process was much stronger than other at home treatments, but manageable. Over all, this is the best I've had at home and is only bested by the Brazilian Blowout I get at the salon. With the quanity given, I could get maybe 10 treatments. Not sure how long this will last though, it's only been 1 week but still feels great.

I’m biracial and my hair is insanely curly (big, round curls and lots of frizz) and I’ve tried so many products. Other keratin treatments have relaxed my hair, but this is the first one that genuinely leaves my hair almost straight. And by almost straight, it’s still got a decent amount of wave to it for me (and I go over each strand several times, very slowly. My hair is just CURLY and this is as straight as it gets for me) The instructions were in Portuguese, but I was able to look them up online. I like to leave the treatment in a little longer, but it leaves my hair super silky smooth and lasts for a couple of months. My hair will still be manageable, but I like to refresh it whenever I have to travel (for work) somewhere humid. Keeps my hair smooth and calm, no frizz.

El producto excelente, se salió un poco el producto de dos de las botellas. Únicamente el repartidor debe de tener más cuidado con los pedidos y deberían de ponerle una nota que se necesita cuidado del paquete.

I swear this stuff almost sent me and my daughter to the hospital! I specifically purchased this product because the description stated there were no harsh chemicals, as if this was just some great keratin conditioning treatment. However, that’s a lie! We were sticking our face in the freezer, running outside, and opening windows, from the horrible formaldehyde smell. Our eyes were burning, and our chests hurt so bad, for weeks. DO NOT buy this product! Shame on this seller, for NOT clearly stating that this product contains this chemical! It also does not state it in the packaging or bottle! Deceptive practice! Horrible!
