Overall I'm satisfied except the rubber strips that go over the edge where the case comes into contact with the weapon come off super easily and are difficult to keep on and could cause damage from rubbing the sides of your weapon if lost.

It may look a bit strange with the muzzle and bottom part of the grip outside, but it does encase and lock the trigger of many sizes of guns. While you may want more protection for the parts outside the jacket (like the sight), it will fit a variety of guns, including a Bond Arms SSIV up to a Sig P227 because the barrel or grip lengths don't matter. The metal is stamped and this gives it a stronger feel as no part of the jacket is going to bend easily. This is a medium security item that will resist the curious person with no tools, but will not resist determined prying with a screwdriver. That said, it is on a par with a cable lock normally used for this purpose, but this is much easier to use, plus it does protect a substantial part of the gun. While instructions wisely state you should not lock it up loaded, unlike a cable lock, it is impossible to tell if it is loaded or not, so consider this when looking at options. The metal is surprisingly heavy and without tools it would be very difficult to break this jacket.

Product came on time that is one of the main reason I prefer UPS than USPS because USPS delivery are almost always late. About this product: solid and very safe. I really like it so I bought 3 more. It's a no nonsense gun lock. Thumbs up!!!

This lock I would never recommend. I believe it will get you killed if the need arrives to use your firearms. cheap plastic and cheap lock. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Bad product and the worst customer service. Better locks and designs on the market.

This product is not only a good trigger lock, but serves well to protect your weapon if you drop it.Besides, you could always hit someone in the head with it and not risk the consequences of shooting them.

I wasn't sure how this jacket would fit but it fits perfect and is an ideal safety and protect jacket for a firearm.
