1st review: Poorly made. The links are more like jagged teeth. Extreme hair puller. Will be returning. The plating is a decent alloy with attractive color, however that is not enough to make up for the saw blade aesthetic. Updated review: The maker sent me a new piece after seeing my review. I wore the new chain today and it is excellent. Very impressed with the quality compared to the previous one received. Smoothe, uniform and seamless from end to end. The quality of the gold plate is luxe, not brassy, not dull and not too yellow. The clasp and extender piece are assembled well and do not tangle or pull my hair. Wore it layered with my 14k solid Italian seamless snake today and it's a winner. Overall, I'm blown away at just how good this piece is for it's price. I noticed in previous reviews how the plating tarnished and wore off quickly. I'll update again if this happens. Another update over a year later: This chain looks just as stunning as it first did. Still bright and shiny with no tarnishing. Excellent buy!

Look so good I almost sold mine for $250 straight off my neck 🤣. Everyday somebody ask to but this necklace. It’s been on my neck since I bought it and it has not changed or tarnished once . Does not irritate my neck and my neck is very sensitive when it comes to fake jewelry . Very classy and expensive looking . Actually look way better in person , the photo does not do this necklace any justice . Not cheap looking at all . It’s definitely not that cheap cheesy looking gold , it looks just like the real thing . And yes I wear my necklace in the pool, tun and shower , literally never comes off my neck .

Thus choker turned brassy before 5 months. I tried to wash with soap and water, but it did not help. I'm very disappointed, but kept it because the time allotted for refunds expired. Do not purchase.

This necklace is the perfect simple gold piece to use for layering or wear on its own. The clasp is sturdy and there is the option to make it shorter or longer, based on your preference. I got this necklace to replace a very similar one that tarnished, this necklace is a little thicker but still has that minimalistic style. I have had this piece for a few weeks now and it has not tarnished, I would definitely recommend!

Ok so i ordered this necklace twice. The first one i got made me feel like a queen as i wore it next to my 18k chain and it matched flawlessly . I wore it for 8 months straight except for showers and it REALLY held up well. Around this time i started noticing that it was tarnishing a bit, hey nbd, at that price I’ll just order another. That’s exactly what i did. I wore the second necklace for a week and almost all of the plating was gonzo. I was SO upset. I thought i could at least wear the second until the snake/herringbone chain trend was over, alas, not to be. Bummer because i would love to order another if i could be sure it would last as long as the first one did!

I read the reviews before I make online purchases and everything positive mentioned about this chain is TRUE..if you're looking for an inexpensive chain that looks real ,buy this chain..it's gorgeous. I haven't worn it yet, but I did try it on and I absolutely love it. Because the chain isn't real and it's inexpensive, I don't expect it to not tarnish if worn in the shower ..I won't wear it everyday , but I tend to wear it out on special occasions..if you're second guessing as to whether or not you should buy this chain..BUY THIS CHAIN..YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR PURCHASE
