After finally figuring out I had to poke a hole through the rubber on the handle to charge it. It was broken after 2 charge cuz it didn’t hold a charge after it was done with its first charge!! Rubber sucks it stinks and hard to clean, cold to thick to warm, everything ticks to the sticky rubber that doesn’t really glide comfortably!!! And it’s pretty big needs a silk bag to go in to keep it clean and be more discrete and store charger also. I’ll wash it and walking back from the bathroom it has some how have stuff stuck to it already!!!
