Can I just say WOW?! I'm that pasty person who turns into a lobster. I burn easily and for days. I've tried so many different after sun aloe gels, and they take over a week to work for me with my lotion regimen. This came in on Monday afternoon. I was tomato red, super uncomfortable and barely able to move, much less wear clothes due to how hot my sunburn was. Today is Wednesday, and I've only used it 4 times. My skin isnt as sore, nor is it flaming red. It's already a very light pink and turning tan. I can already put on clothes without pain and move comfortably. To say I'm awestruck in an understatement. This product is amazing! I recently lost a ton of weight as a result of surgery so my hair had thinned out quite a bit. I'm very pale as a result of my Irish/British/Polish heritage and simply burn - I don't really tan. I just stay red. Anyways, I was on vacation and while the rest of me stayed burn free (thanks sunscreen!), my scalp got burned. Because of my thinned hair, my scalp had burned a little deeper than it usually has in the past. I bought this stuff and ended up massaging very small blobs into my scalp where I had burned. I was expecting to have gross hair from doing this but after it dried, my hair looked completely normal!! I was shocked!! In fact, it felt like my roots along my part line were more moisturized. I felt the cooling effect on my sunburned scalp as well. I don't think I'll make it a habit to put this stuff on my hair/scalp but! It's great to know I can put this stuff on my scalp if I get burned and not have to worry about my hair looking nasty. My hair gets weighed down and greasy looking from product very easily too so that's another reason I'm very impressed. Again, putting a non-hair product in my hair, I was expecting gross things. In small amounts that wasn't the case at all! Very impressed. I also used some of this on my arms just to see how this product felt. After it dried, it wasn't even remotely sticky. The skin on my arms felt very soft and hydrated. I also felt a slight cooling effect on my arms even though they weren't sunburned. I am in love with this product and will be keeping it on hand during the summer months. This will forever be my favorite aloe vera product now! Love it!
