Keto friendly and not cut with other bean flours.
This is by far the best flour (and hands down the best Lupin flour)I’ve found for making Keto crackers. 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil, 1/4 cup water, 3 tablespoons hemp hearts or milled flax, 1 cup Lupin flour, 1tsp baking powder, and whatever seasoning you you like. Mix it all together, roll out with a rolling pin, Bake at 375 for 10 min, flip and bake another 10. This brand of Lupin flour is just the Lupin bean and no other filler flours like other brands. Lupin is a Keto friendly bean in that it’s very high in fiber and almist void of lectin which is the cause of inflammation and why people on strict Keto avoid legumes. But Lupin is the exception. I may not be strict Keto but I love that I can make a heaping serving of these crackers and it’s 1 net carb. Other Lupin flours are a blend and this is the only pure Lupin flour I’ve found for a good price.

Good, prefer almond flour for most things. Smells strong while mixing, but nice and mild once cooked, so don't freak out if dough smells weird.

Works great for my Keto baking - makes pizza dough and chocolate chip cookies even more amazing by adding a few tablespoons to almond flour. Expensive but it will probably last me 1 year - well worth it

Great stuff! I used it as an egg substitute to bake all my Christmas cookies vegan. (1 tbs of lupin flour and 2 tbs of water equals one egg.)

Pretty amazing actually
BIG WARNING ABOUT PEANUT ALLERGIES - DO NOT EAT THIS IF YOU HAVE THEMNow that I've gotten that out of the way: I'm making pasta with this flour substituting it for half of the 00 flour in the recipe. I add a little bit of olive oil, and the texture and taste of the final product are fantastic. My husband is a foodie. He is also a diabetic who will not eat any kind of low carb pasta. This is not super low carb, because it's just half of the flour in the recipe. But it adds protein and fiber and helps with his blood sugar. And he likes it.Only issue is that it is expensive. And my pasta maker wastes a lot of dough. In both senses of the word.

High protein flour
Tried to make noodles using a Pinterest low carb/protein recepie. Turned out pretty good so I gave five stars. Can’t wait to try other recepies.

I like it.
Glad I found this, it has upped the quality of the occasional keto treat that I make. I like it better than coconut flour.

Great texture for baking; bitter flavor put me off
I follow a low carb diet for health reasons and had recently read about lupin flour and how great it was for baking. After a lot of research and reading reviews, I purchased this flour and tried out a butter biscuit recipe with high hopes for a delicious end product. While the texture of the biscuits was fantastic (soft and creamy, like they were made from good old enriched white flour), the flavor was something I could not get past. There was an underlying bitterness that just ruined the whole batch. I won't be buying this flour again.
