How do i get the keyboard to work? the mouse works fine but keyboard doesn't do anything. running windows 10 pro and i tried plugging into usb 2 & 3

Mustang Not Sally, let's try a few things. First verify the keyboard has two fresh AAA batteries installed and that there's no thin piece of plastic blocking the connection. The battery slot is located on the underside of the keyboard, at the front. (When the keyboard is placed on your work surface for normal operation, the side where the F keys are located faces the front). Next let's ensure the unit is turned on. The power switch is located on the front thin side of the unit, on the right. It's a small round button that has a 0 and an I. The 0 is the off position and the I is the on position. Move the switch to the ON position. A tiny LED located right next to the switch should illuminate. Now let's get connected wirelessly. First verify the small USB receiver (it's called a dongle) is inserted into any working USB plug on your computer. Turn the keyboard off, then back on and try typing. If it doesn't work let's download the Unifying software from Logitech. (This is a Logitech device, labeled as a Dell.) Go to: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/unifying      and download and install this software to your computer. Make sure you choose the correct version that supports either a PC or a MAC if the selection is presented. Once installed, open the application. Follow the instruction to turn the unit off and then on again. Verify operation. You should be good to go now. By the way, I recommend you have and use the Unifying software in general; to manage any and all devices on your computer. This allows you to use and control these devices on more than one computer as well as change how your mouse / keyboard buttons behave to your input.
