Well made, good looking towel rail. The 250watt element provides sufficient warmth for my small bathroom. What is frustrating is the absence of installation instructions inside the box. However if you search the website these are available, but strangely there doesn't appear to be mention of a recommended fuse rating. I opted for a 3amp fuse as recommended on a pat testing website. I was replacing an existing heated rail which made the job relatively straightforward. Anyone without the necessary knowledge and experience should of course always use a professional installer.

Our old towel rail gave up the ghost after 25 years. This one was relatively easy to install and is doing a good job of warming the bathroom as well as drying the towels.

Warm looks good good value for money. Instruction are for water. But you remove a drain plug insert the electrical element and hang it on the wal. All fixing included.

The instructions provided were for a central heating system, there was no reference to the electric heating element. The instructions were very basic and not much help. Positioning the heater is a two man job. The fixing brackets are poorly designed. Having said that, the heater itself seems to be well made.

Looks like a coventual central heating towel rail, you do need a waterproof switch unit as there is no switch on the unit.

The product itself is solid and seems well-built. It comes prefilled with oil, which is convenient, but be aware that you'll need to install the electric heating bar yourself. This probably allows you to choose the side closest to the power source, but it does require some effort. Additionally, the power plug is not included, so you'll need to install one yourself, which makes sense given the different plug types in various countries. However, the instruction sheet is a major downside. It's very poorly written and seems to be intended for a central heating system, which makes it difficult to follow for this product. Overall, it's a good product, but the setup could be more user-friendly with better instructions.
