Amazing for stilettos!
I COVER my feet with this before wearing heels and it is incredible. I'm a wet blanket when I comes to heels but this is an absolute game changer. It reduces inflammation and numbs your feet, so I can wear heels all day without discomfort. It's slightly tacky when you apply but dries quickly.

The best ibuprofen gel
SO much better than any of the other ibuprofen gels I’ve tried. This one does make a difference. It still doesn’t touch severe swelling, but for managing the beginnings or tail end of an injury, very good.
