Great set of lights. Easy to install. Nice and bright, if you want or can dim them down. Good length of cable included. Highly recommended. Good value for money. Cheers.

I got two sets of these mini spot lights one set works really well and very impressed easy to fit and look great, unfortunately the second set the power plug didn't sit right in the splitter box and would only work if you held it in place so it's going back for a refundUpdatedSince I've got the second lot of these and they actually work, I'm updating the review and I'm pleasantly surprised with how good they work once installed, they really enhance any display and the ability to alter the lights direction is a big plus. My one and only gripe and it's more to do with my big hands is that the tiny fitting screws that attach the lights to the cabinet are definitely tricky to get in, but they only way around that would be to use tiny adhesive pads which can be less than ideal

Once installed the angle of light is adjustable. Good range of brightness. Never used the fade/flash modes. TV remote control also controls the lights, which gives some unexpected results!

I have used this to provide some mood lighting in an inglenook fireplace. What used to be a dark hole around our wood burning stove is now illuminated by 6 carefully aimed spots. The light is warm, not too bright. The beam width is not too narrow (not too wide either) so you can get nice pools of light. The only restriction is the length of the wiring to the central unit. That worked for me (just over 2 metres from one side of the fireplace to the other) and luckily there was a nearby 13A socket.When mounting the lights, be careful not to trap the wiring - it can be stiff enough to push the spots off the universal mounting.I guess the next test will be how long the lights last. We are using them about 6 hours per day at the moment.

I bought this item in September 2020 but couldn't fit these until I had reorganised my display cabinets and drilled the cabinets to get the cables through. On the 16 December I finally got them into place and they were working fine so I turned them off after a about 5 minutes. My daughter came to visit on the 18th and I was so proud to show her my handiwork. Sadly, after them being on for about 10 minutes the installation died. I managed to establish it was the supplied plug in transformer that had failed.I online chatted to Amazon customer support who asked me to take it up with the sellers as a first step. I messaged them on 19 December 2020 and despite being assured one would get a reply within about 2 days, it is now 30 December and I still have not had a reply from the sellers.So the next step is to contact Amazon again and send these items back for a full Amazon refund since the seller has no interest in replying to items that are faulty.I found a same-rated plug in transformer from a Netgear hub to prove it was the duff transformer supplied in the pack and the lights work perfectly so I know it is the supplier's transformer that failed - after only 15 minutes of use !!!!So, be warned that the transformers they supply with this item are poorly made and prone to failure and the seller will simply ignore you when report them faulty. The little bullet lights however are very good indeed but they are useless without a decent transformer of course.So, sadly I have to advise you to be cautious about this item if you decide to buying it.
