Butter Popcorn Seasoning, 19 oz, Movie Theater-Style Buttery Salt Blend

I gave it 4 stars but I'm still experimenting with it..I may add that 5th star after a few more tests. Just popped some corn and decided to try it..no instructions on it so I just sprinkled some on. Guess I added too much!! VERRRY salty, too salty for my taste, so will try adding a bit to the popping oil the next time and see how that works. I put a dab on my finger before popping my corn and it tasted buttery so I thought it would be fine to sprinkle it. Not going to do that again!! lol I like experimenting, anyway, so the next time I'll just pop a little and see how that works. I have a lot of popcorn and a lot of buttery salt so I'll be experimenting for awhile. 😊 Edited to add: I just popped another batch and upped the stars to a FIVE!! This stuff is excellent. I poured probably 1/4 cup Wesson Canola oil in a pot, added 1/4 teaspoon of the butter/salt seasoning (may add a touch more in my next test) and when the oil was hot, I added 1/2 cup Orville Redenbacher popcorn...I might add, ALL purchased on Amazon!! 😊😊😊 It turned out fabulously and I'm munching on popcorn as I write this. This butter/salt will be a staple in my pantry from now on. I don't like a strong salty taste so this may not appeal to some readers but it is perfect for me. And being able to taste the oil flavor just adds to the goodness!!😊😊😊

I would say it’s more salty than buttery. lasts a very long time.

Holy saltiness!! A pinch of this is enough for a large batch of popcorn. I had gotten a movie theater popping machine for my garage and have been trying to recreate that movie theater taste. This def works, almost a little too well. I put more than a pinch and dang, too salty, but popped another plain batch to mix it in and that was perfect. Still working on finding a great liquid butter flavoring too.

Love this stuff. I tend to like salty foods and this stuff adds a little extra flavor, especially good for popcorn.

It adheres to popcorn well, has some buttery flavor, but the salt is intense!! Only use a dash !! I'm actually ordering an unsalted butter seasoning to mix in with it as we use it. Sodium is 698 mg per 1/4 tsp !! That's a huge concentration of sodium! I'll be buying an unsalted version of butter flavoring from now on. Most likely will pass this along.

Great buttery flavor. I use it in cooking. Great for mashed potatoes. Great in rice too. Buttery flavor.

Yup it tastes like theatre popcorn when it’s on.

Love this salt on my popcorn. Makes it taste just like I’m at the theatre. Only use a very small amount - it’s potent. This jar will last awhile.

Est ce normal que mon contenant avait son scellant décollé ? Avait-t il un scellant sur le capuchon ? C est pour cela 4 étoiles J aimerais avoir une réponse pour savoir si c est normal. Je viens de m en servir, et très bon comme j avais lu les commentaires, j ai fait attention vu les trous du capuchon son un peu gros mais en faisans attention c est correct. J ai mis un peu de huile et après je ai saupoudré un peu de sel. Super bon . Merci
