Seems to work fine and is a good Honda replacement and better price than OEM.
I was replacing the reservoir since the power steering fluid was all gummy and syrupy like coca cola, so it was hard to tell if the fluid needed to be replaced. Went ahead and refilled with Lubegard and used up all 32 ounces using the turkey baster replacement method everyone was using. Had the car jacked up while doing the steering wheel lock to lock left and right engine off, then repeated a few times with engine running. I'll probably replace another 32 ounces in a few months to see how much coca cola syrup I can extract from the whole power steering system.

This is the real deal!
OMG, it worked! My Acura CL Type S was making serious groans intermittently on lefts, rights, and sometimes just pulling out of the garage. After replacing fluids with other newer fluids (and a pump or two), things would be okay and then (out of the blue) the grunts and groans would show up again - I was ready to throw in the towel when I read a stream that suggested this particular item. I was skeptical but hopeful, when the product arrived I quickly replaced the fluid in the vessel with this, turned the wheel a few times and left it overnight. The next day, ALL grunts and groans gone! It's been about a month now and still NO grunts or groans - this is the real deal - good stuff!

Lubeguard Power Steering Fluid is Top Notch!
I've done more research about Power Steering Fluid for my Acura MDX than I care to admit to. After all of that research, I decided that Lubeguard for Honda/Acura would be the right choice rather than the OEM fluid. Honda/Acura always recommend their fluids ONLY but for certain things, it's better to get aftermarket - like Engine Oil, Coolant & Power Steering Fluid because the top brands EXCEED the OEM specifications not just meet them. I have an older model 2013 MDX and even though I changed out the Power Steering Pump and put in all new fluid, it just kept cycling dirty. NOTE: The MDX was incredibly hard to steer previously but with the new pump and fresh Lubeguard it turned very easily - as it should. Because I'm a little nutty and needed to see clean fluid, I disconnected the put back tube to the reservoir and had my son turn the steering wheel (jacked) back and forth as I cycled almost the entire gallon of Lubeguard before what was coming out was as clear/yellow as what was going in. Now I feel really good about my Power Steering and am glad that I'm using Lubeguard. You can't beat the price for the amount of power steering fluid you get in a gallon. It's an incredible value and fits my MDX perfectly. Now the steering is smooth and silky. Highly recommend this product and in the gallon amount if you need a flush and/or have more than one vehicle.

Drain and/or refill fluids, that's what an owner does.
I found this one bottle to be more than enough to replenish the fluid when changing the reservoir, inlet hose and the 2 O-rings in the power steering pump after gravity did its best to drain the well-used fluid. I immediately noticed less need for steering corrections while highway driving. I report that 'feel' of a better steering response and less corrections based on the ownership and driving experience of my 2003 Accord since the day I drove it off the dealers' lot 23 years ago.

This along with seafoam/lubegard power steering flush helped a lot
Seems it works very well so far. I have a 2002 honda odyssey van v-6 3.5 engine. That started making creaking and binding feeling noises as I moved the steering wheel back and and forth. So first I bought some seafoam trans tune which is also good with power steering racks and pulleys. Got about 40 percent of the binding and creaking down. Then tried amazon's lubegard power steering flush 4 ozs about one week later when I got it from amazon.com. That combined with the seafoam prodcut removed about 90 percent of the creaking noises and binding noises or feeling noises from my power steering as I turned it lock to lock. 10 percent is still there though. So it wasn't perfect. Also finished it off with this lubegard synthetic power steering fluid for honda/acura and HD. Not sure what HD is. And has been working well so far compared to the more expensive stuff that honda sells. Also this lubegard complete bottle is 32 oz and the little honda power steering reservoir to fill up from the bottom to the max line is about 8 ozs of this power steering fluid.

Does work
Very good I used for a dirty whining noise that was produce by the steering pump on a 2007 Honda crv and took off the small reservoir and cleaned it and filled it with clea n oil and magic no noise. Thou I replaced the alternator serpentine Belt and the tensioner pulley. But I think was this oil that fixed the whining

Good Quality
My power steering fluid was leaking, but my mechanic couldn’t find the leaks so I just bought this big jug and add Lucas Oil. Expensive but you are getting a good amount of product. This power steering fluid is good quality and worth the extra money.

Smoother Steering
Had a very slight leak in the power steering on my 06 Civic. Changed the PS fluid with this Honda friendly fluid. So far, no leak can be seen for now. The steering seems a bit lighter and more smooth.

Mejor que el original al ser sintético y no mineral.
Excelente alternativa al líquido original. Creo que la dirección está más suave que con el original.
