I really do like them. It eases the discomfort I would have ...
I waited a while before writing a review, because there are four pads provided. I have used two of the four; that's because it's winter now and have not used the ones designated for sandals.I really do like them. It eases the discomfort I would have when walking. I use the tan sock like one with my sneakers and some shoes. I use the silicone one with second to loop with my dress Naot Mary Jane shoes.I have had this pain in my foot for almost a year and took up walking 10k each day when I got my Fitbit. That is when the pain became more intense. I went to the foot doctor and got a sturdier arch support for my sneakers and threw out some shoes as well. It helped some but did not help with the pain the the ball of the foot. I did not want to go back and pay the expensive dr visit fee and the huge price for what I could get here.I now can walk from the car to church without any discomfort and it helps because the pain is not keeping me up all night.I highly recommend this product because it provides solutions for all types of shoes.

Very effective
I received an email from the seller with directions for each product in the kit, which was very helpful. So far I've only used the gel pad and foot sleeve but both have been very effective at reducing the pain from a Morton's Neuroma. It has gone from feeling like a ice pick with every step to not or only slightly noticeable. I wear a woman's 6 1/2 shoe and and it is a little big, but adequate.

Save Your Money
These are NOT made for people with Morton's Toe. They are ball of foot pads and do not help with one's second toe striking the floor first. Your toe will still strike the floor and you will still have pain. And, they slide around in your shoes. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this purchase, nor would I purchase again.

Wonderful Metatarsal pads care pack. Recommend!
Bought the forefoot cushions variety pack for my mom and she loves them, they HELP. Pads are high quality. Provide a great deal of cushioning and comfortable to wear.Great selection. The set comes with four pairs of metatarsal pads so you can try them with different types of shoes. These foot cushions offer great comfort at a good price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these.

Idea is good, but ...
Have decided that gel is too squishy to be a good pad. it gives forward and back under your foot when you walk, letting your foot slide forward in your shoe. So the idea is good, and the non-gel items perform fine, but recommend finding some sort of foam pads instead.

Not what I expected.
I only like the little plastic things that stick to the inside of your shoe. They are so comfortable. The fabric metatarsal pads bunch up while you put them on with heels so they didn’t work for me. I could probably just wear them with tennis shoes or athletic shoes. Maybe if they fit a little more snug it would work. If they just sell the inserts I would definitely buy more.

Fantastic product!
"Incredible!' After limping along for several days from a sudden onset of pain from Morton's neuroma, and applying make shift pads, I got immediate relief from the first pad I tried (the silicone one which hooks over the toe). I will wait till tomorrow, but will cancel my appointment with my orthopedist if I still feel like I am walking on air. Thank you!"Since posting this initial review I have tried another pad (the one stockinette covered, over the toes) with the same great result: NO PAIN.I tried this because I thought it would stay in place more easily when putting on boots. It does.I have cancelled my appointment to get a cortisone injection, and have told my orthopedist about these pads.

Walking on a cloud.
I have Morton's neuroma in my right foot only and had been using a different support - it worked, but it was kind of a pain and not super comfortable. I wasn't sure these would relieve the pain - but they do! I wear both the separate gel and the sleeve together and aside from some expected tightness in the toe box of my shoes, these little gems are great. Definitely preferable to pain; after living with it for years before figuring out what was wrong, now if I get a hint of discomfort I wonder how on earth I put up with it.And bonus for me, by flipping the left sleeve inside out and wearing the gel upside down, I will get twice the wear out of these. :)
