Will this work with Epson wf 2650?

Yes. Xcinkjet sublimation ink can be used in all Epson desktop printers. This also includes Epson wf 2650 printer.

Is it compatible with epson XP 810?

I would guess so. Mine is an Epson. You will need the blank cartridges to fill them up. I really don't like thi ink. Poor quality

Do I really need to buy sublimation paper? I've seen people do it on copy paper.

I have also seen many people use hammermill copy paper. Seen YouTube videos comparing g sublimation paper and copy paper and there's not enough of a difference to where you can even tell. It really comes down to the quality of the the ink you have.

Do you have instructions on how to fill syringes and cartridges?

You use the syringe. Take the top off the bottles stick the syringe in and pull up on the handle until it's full once its full turn it upside down so the ink doesn't leak out and then remove the colored cap on the cartridge stick the needle in and fill it with the ink.
