Marine Collagen Capsules 2200mg with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C

This item really works. My skin is looking a lot more plumped, more youthful. I'm age 50 and I have cheeks again! I find that 2 tablets per day in the morning is enough for me to see a difference. I tried taking 2 tablets a day in the morning and 2 at night and my face became very plump in a matter weeks, but it made me feel a little bloated. So I've gone back to taking just 2 tablets each morning. As even 2 tablets make my face look healthy and plump. My skin is more hydrated and it is also helping my hair to grow. It works wonders and I will continue buying it and taking it every day.

i normally take collagen powder as i was going on holiday i decided to take tablets with me for ease. I will be honest it was great for holiday and future holidays or breaks but i will go back to power ad more cost effective

This marine collagen provides 2200 mg per capsule, which at first seems like a lot, but unfortunately it’s nowhere near enough to cover a woman’s daily collagen needs. I’ve learned since buying it that many people recommend getting collagen in powder form instead, so you can mix it into liquids and actually take an effective dose. Capsules just don’t deliver enough. That said, I’m still using what I have because it’s certainly better than nothing. However, going forward, I’ll need to take a much higher amount than a single capsule provides to make a real difference. It’s fine as a small supplement, but don’t expect it to meet your daily collagen requirements on its own.

I have been taking these for a few months now, 4 per day as suggested on the container. They are pretty easy to swallow, no off putting smell. I really have noticed my skin looks healthy and nails/hair stronger. I have noticed that I have not had any lower back issues either which I often had before.

I gave this product four stars instead of five because I find having to take four tablets a day is not too convenient. Otherwise, I do like the product. Find that my hair is no longer dropping out and my skin feels good which is not an easy prospect to cope with after 80 years of age. I will continue to take the tablets daily.

This has been excellent value for money! I’ve actually taken out a subscription for it. The tablets aren’t hard to swallow since they aren’t huge & hard like others can be. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects (individual experience may vary!) and my overall health in that specific area has improved in a very noticeable way. My nails are back to being strong, my hair isn’t breaking/splitting as easily as it was before. I completely recommend it but if you are on medication, always make sure it (collagen supplement) won't interact negatively with your medication.

Cela fait quinze jours que j’en prend et je sent déjà une différence ! Ma peau est plus rebondie et moins déshydratée. Très bon produit, je recommande.

Muy útil. Después de 2 semanas ya noto como las rodillas casi no me dolieran. Ojo, no tenía ningún problema serio, pero había empezado a sentir algo de dolor al bajar las escaleras y a levantarme de la silla. Es lo típico de cuando empieza a fallar el colágeno. Tengo 74 años y me muevo como cuando tenía 40.

Die Kollagenkapseln sind einfach einzunehmen und liefern eine hohe Dosierung von 2400 mg Meereskollagen. Ich habe nach einigen Wochen Anwendung eine Verbesserung der Hautelastizität und eine stärkere Haarstruktur bemerkt.

Bon produit je recommande.. depuis que je le prends j’ai plus la pêche… par contre je ne vois encore les bienfaits sur la peau mais il est un peu tôt . Cela ne fait que deux semaines que je le prends
