Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This Ellia portable aroma oil diffuser can be used different ways depending on the individual’s choice. The design of this particular diffuser is quite simplistic compared to other oil diffusers, but the simplistic design works in its favour as you can use this in your vehicle or in a work environment that is restricted in space. This Ellia diffuser is approximately 12 cm tall and at its widest point which is at the top where the lid inserts it is approximately 9.5 CM, The body tapers in from the lid which is approximately 7.5 CM. It has two buttons. The top button is the power button which when pressed once keeps the diffuser mist permanently on for approximately six hours, pressing the power button for a second time turns the diffuser mist intermittent which is 30 seconds on and then 30 seconds off which will last up to approximately 12 hours, pressing the power button for a third time Powers the unit off. The unit will power itself off when the water runs out. The second button Powers and pauses the 7 changing colour LED lights. When you get to a colour you particularly prefer simply press the button and it will pause on this colour, press the button for a third time and it will power the LED lights off. I have attached a small video clip so you can get an understanding of how the LED lights alternate. The top of this unit around the inserted lid is what aluminates. The diffuser can be used without powering the LED lights on and also the lights can be used without powering on the diffuser. This sits perfectly in our vehicle Cup holder. The power cable that you receive with this product is approximately 39 inches in length and has to be plugged into a USB connection in your vehicle if this is the intended purpose which you want to use this device for. The unit takes approximately 150 mL of water and depending on the individuals preferable essential oil drops. If you are new to the oil diffusers some oils are stronger in Their aromas, so you will have to experiment with the amount of drops you prefer to your desired strength of smell. Myself I prefer these oil diffusers compared to alternative Air fresheners, as these give a permanent fragrance to your home or vehicle. I am using this Ellia in my music/office room which is restricted for space and is powered by my desktop PC. The only thing I would say is that if you are going to use it in a restrictive workspace or office, then secure the unit as if you accidentally catch it, it will tip backwards as the bottom only has 3 feet. Especially if you are going to place it where children may be occupying as well, if this is intended for your children’s computer desk then I would invest in a Cup holder of some sort. This is a very good product and I wouldn’t have trouble recommending this to anyone.

I have lots of essential oils as I have a large diffuser already. So I have lots of different debts to try out in the car.The diffuser is described as being for a car but could also be used in other areas such as your desk space etc. Although I would have thought it too small to use in a very large room.The diffuser is 12cm high and when switched on changes colours which is nice in the car at night. It is not flashing lights that would distract you whilst driving I hastily add. You get 7 colours which I found quite relaxing when driving at night.The button on the top is the power button which when switched on will give you continuous steam/ aroma for up to 6 hours. If you just want intermittent spray you press the button again. When I got this out I was surprised at how nasty it feels. And I have to say, that I already have 2 diffusers (standard sized ones) that look really nice, but compared to those it just looks plain ugly and the silver lid just feels really cheap and nasty. And I've seen other car diffusers that look quite attractive. However when its lit it does make it look a lot better. I haven't used it in the car - its probably unlikely that I would as my car doesn't have anything that would fit this - I'd have to stick it down on the dash somewhere so that won't be happening. But I've no doubt it will work as I've just tested it by plugging it into my keyboard (as opposed to my actual computer) and it worked fine.It doesn't give off much in the way of mist, it was actually hard to see it in fact. Though I think that is a trait of the Ultrasonic diffusers. As my existing ultrasonic diffuser (a larger one) does this also. I do find however that ultrasonic diffusers are MUCH better at giving off a scent than just a diffuser though. The diffusers (ie. where its not stated its ultrasonic) give off loads of mist, but not so good with scent and are better for humidifying.But, under no circumstances would I pay £24.99 for one at this size, thats about what I paid for my VicTsing ultrasonic diffuser, and especially not when there are other car diffusers for half the price.So would I recommend it ?? Not unless it was under £15 and you absolutely love the look of it. It does however work.
